Very disappointed in the handicap parking. I’m all for understanding when there is a snow storm but this is 3 days after a storm and I had to hold on to 2 disabled people over all the slush and then to see an employee in crocs and socks bring out a shovel and a bucket of salt and do absolutely nothing with the shovel and just throw down salt while holding the shovel really upset me. All the rest of the packing besides the handicap was decent besides the most important spots. And to top it off then after trying to get the handicap people into the restaurant, to only find out that the handicap women’s bathroom was out of service too. Very very disappointed!

C.Service said they was giving me a refund with no hassle, but felt like they should have gave me more for this issue. There was 2 long strips of somebodies black or brownish hair in my food, its very easy to see in the photo of my -Tour of Italy- plate also found out there was more hair in my Gnocchi soup

Let me tell you something, I tried Olive Garden before and I absolutely hated it. The food just wasn’t that good, but my boyfriend and I just came from this location and the food was spectacular, the service was amazing. We had Dionne as our server, she was funny as hell, great personality and we took great care of her as well. We will definitely be back to this location again.

Today my best friend and I had an excellent experience at Olive Garden today thanks to our amazing waitress, Delvina. She took such great care of us from start to finish—checking in often, making sure everything was perfect, and serving with genuine kindness. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude truly made our meal enjoyable.

The food is always good at Olive Garden. What was not good this time around was our server, Davol. First, we overhear him having a conversation with the hostesses by the front entrance expressing how frustrated he is that he is not getting anymore tables. Next, we see him go up to the manager on the floor begging for another table, then the manager gave in & let the hostess start know to give him another table. All of that was completely unprofessional to talk about front of house where customers are able to hear. Surprise surprise we end up being the lucky party of two that gets Davol as our waiter. I was willing to let his unprofessionalism go if he was a good waiter. After we sat down we found out he was waiting on a table of 17 all by himself and that is why the manager was not authorizing him to have more tables. He quickly proved to be unable to handle another table. He did not check on us enough and he completely forgot to put in our appetizer. In addition to that, his face was grossly dripping with sweat and he had a dirty band-aid on his finger. This definitely killed Olive Garden for us unfortunately.

Great food,great service always a hit if your looking for something not too crazy in price but will also fill you up. You can never go wrong with the endless soups & salads or the amazing garlic bread sticks with Alfredo sauce to dip. Again, all in all its just a great place and pretty consistent.

This place needs to close or sanitation needs to and check it out!!! I was there on 10:/31 for a work meeting. First time the place is really nice it seems clean the staff was great. Everyone was amazing but when it came to the food omg! I almost die and literally alamar die! My coworker had a soup and first found a fly I wanted to die! I stop eating I order mines to go, I order the chicken and shrimp carbonara. I had it on Saturday morning at home I had not even half the plate doe when I found a piece of plastic bag horrible ! That same night I got really sick and I wet to urgent care found out I had swollen a piece of plastic bag!!!!! Thanks god nothing mayor happened but this was a horrible experience never going back !!
