Loved this place. Big portions, great food, nice atmosphere. The bathroom was not very clean, but there was a very useful feature for kids – step stool to wash hands, which comes very handy, so you don’t have to hold your 3 year old in one hand and wash her hands with the other. We took chicken and gnocchi soup, which was great and had unlimited “refills”, complimentary garlic bread sticks were also super tasty. They also have kids menu.

I ordered the soup,salad and bread sticks meal for dinner. The soup was not very hot and the salad needed more dressing. The bread sticks were good. Service was ok,not terrible but not stellar. Atmosphere is more like a nursing home than a family restaurant.

Jasmin is a wonder. She quickly took care of our large party of eight as well as other tables, bouncing back and forth without missing a beat. The food was very good, as expected, but the meal can be a terrible experience based entirely on the people working at the restaurant. We made many requests throughout the meal and she definitely had help (shout-out to Emma and the gentleman that brought out some of the food). Jasmin is the gold standard!

The food is usually pretty good. My gf and I can eat salad and breadsticks as a meal on its own with no issues. The chicken and cheese tortellini is a great meal for a sit down restaurant and I get it every time. I know it’s a chain restaurant and cutting costs is expected, every penny counts. But the service and the attitude is what ruins this one in particular. You sometimes have to wait forever for the server to even come and take your order or even greet themselves to you. The entire building can be mostly empty and yet you still feel as if your server magically disappears for extensive times. I know the prices go up all the time, that’s life. But when you leave leave this place after a cute quick little date out of convenience, yet spend $70 with tip. You kind of just wish you went to a real Italian restaurant and spent the same on real cuisine. Better service could at least make this place more bearable.

Smells like pee in there, either the carpets are never washed or the tables are cleaned with dirty water but idk how anyone can eat here when the smell alone is very off-putting. The food itself isnt too bad I never had ay issues with that, staff are nice unless its busy.

Highly disappointed in Olive Garden, we have found a fly in our soup tonight. My partner and I tried to be nice about it, cause we understand how restaurants work and didn’t want to yell at the server. But we begin to feel nauseous and want to leave quickly. Replacing the soup with something else. But yet still need to pay full price the other items we ordered. Not to sound entitled, but like shouldn’t you have given a full refund ?
