We had such a great experience at Olive Garden thanks to our waiter, Jose. He was incredibly attentive the entire time, constantly checking in without being overbearing, making sure our drinks stayed full, and making us feel genuinely welcomed. His positive attitude and great service made our dinner feel special. Highly recommend him!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After waiting over 20 minutes just to get my drinks and no one acknowledging my presence, I decided to leave. I ended up going to the Olive Garden by Mall del Norte, and the difference was night and day. They truly understand customer service there. This place felt like a total joke in comparison. Save your time and go somewhere that values its customers!

I get it, it’s busy, hard to find good workers…but seriously we had to ask 4 different employees for a steak knife that should have come with the steak to begin with…by the time we got it everyone else at the table was done with their food. At the same time we asked for the knife initially we had asked for refill on salad and soup for others at the table. Those didnt cone until we finally got up from the table and had to request someone to come to the table. Finally got a drink refill when we were finishing up. While trying to get the knife for thebsteak the third person we asked was a passing hostess who said “sorry I’m not your server.” … it shouldnt take more than a few seconds to grab a piece of silverware or at least say I’ll pass that along to your server. “Not my problem” is not an acceptable answer. Yall need to have some training workshops. Great food…but the service was more Waffle House than Olive Garden.

We got there like at 12:45 and left at 1pm because we were never waited on. Our waiter was covering the whole are in the back by herself. While we left there were like 5 employees chatting with the hostess by the entrance instead of helping waitress.

Teníamos mucha ilusión mi familia y yo por ir a esta nueva locación, sinceramente teníamos mucho sin ir a esta cadena de comida y fue una verdadera decepción. La pasta estaba dura y reseca. Aun no puedo creer que se atrevieron a servir el pure con esa presentación y como es posible que fuera pure de caja y que para colmos estuviera mal hecho, un puño de yeso para construcción tendría mejor presentación y sabor. Para colmos uno de los platillos tenía un cabello, se lo llevaron y solo le quitaron el cabello y lo se por que el plato lo mancho mi hija de lipstick sin querer y cuando trajeron el platillo era el mismo. Es una pena que toda la comida esta reseca y fría. La ensalada ni siquiera dabia bien, estaba lacia y extremadamente fria. Lo único bueno fue los platillos fritos. Mi esposo le pregunto algo al manager y respondió con muy mala actitud. Me da pena ver como un restaurante nuevo este sirviendo esta calidad de comida. No es mi intención hacer mala promoción pero en realidad el gerente no me inspiró a decirle de esta situación para que mejoren la comida.
