I’m surprised this place doesn’t have ALL 5 stars across the board. Such a great vibe here, the food is phenomenal. The barley soup was extremely tasty, with the hummus for the appetizer which was AMAZING. Then for my main dish I ordered the chicken breast kabob with rice. It was extremely tender, juicy, and flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

After a 6-hour ride through beautiful roads, our group of 12 motorcyclists stopped at Olive Branch Restaurant for a well-deserved Persian lunch. The food quality was excellent, portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend the Chelo Kabab Soltani — absolutely delicious! A perfect spot to recharge after a long ride.

My first visit to this restaurant as my friend lives in the same area. We ordered chicken kebab, koobideh (ground Beef Kebab), and Soltani Combo beef.
My friend asked the barg (Tender Filet kebab) to be cooked with no red meat but I saw the barg (Tender Filet kebab) meat was pink. My koobideh was dry and left one on my plate as I could not eat. The Chicken i guess was good as nobody said anything.
They give generous portions but, I hope the cook can perform better and cook the meat juicy and tender.

Olive Branch is my new go-to spot for amazing delicious Mediterranean cuisine! The quality of food is unmatched!! The service is absolutely pristine! Everyone here is attentive. What really stood out that I really appreciated the most was the fact that I never had to ask or request anything more than once! It shows how everyone here truly cares about their customers and really wants them to enjoy a wonderful meal. It’s a family friendly place where everyone can get together and make great memories. The ambience and aesthetic feels traditional which goes perfect with a traditional meal! Overall, this is my home away from home! Love love it here!!!!

We have been coming here since 1994. For years it was fabulous. We moved away and a visit about 10 years ago was disappointing, but we tried it again and it was everything I loved about it for years. Cherry Rice and Berry Rice kebabs were exactly what we used to crave and they were great this time. Service was authentic and perfect for or date. Loved this night.

I’ve had the food in the past, it’s good. My last visit I was going to order take out. The plate was going to be $28 they wouldn’t change the peppers and tomatoes for rice and garden salad, they said only for dine in. If I wanted hummus it would be $10 + extra for the garden salad. Just for me it would have been $38+ for take out. So expensive and unwilling to build a meal a customer wants.I ended up going to Zorba’s in Tujunga. Much better experience.

Very very nice staff here. Patient, knowledgeable, and above and beyond service. Ran into this wonderful place to put in a take out order for dinner about one hour before close on a weeknight. The staff greeted us promptly, and helped us walk through the menu. We placed our orders for 4 (4 entrees and a starter), and they were able to get it ready for us within 15 mins.. amazing. We got the orange rice, two orders of the chicken, one of the beef kebab, and one of the lamb. All were amazing. Pita bread included. Generous portions. Tasty rice. All enjoyed their meal. The staff was very proactive and even ran the meal out to our car promptly upon its completion. Great food, and even better staff. Apologies I did not get the woman’s name who helped us; but she is amazing. Plenty of curb parking in the front, and I believe there is a dedicated lot behind the restaurant south of foothill. Look forward to next visit!
