Go! We stumbled upon this place without knowing anything about it. It wasn’t even well marked yet because it just recently opened. Once we figured out we were in the right place we went inside and came in contact with Lauren. She was a pleasure to meet and she really made us feel like we belong there, when we felt that we should have dressed more appropriately after shopping in Sheridan. We were given the menus and honestly, I felt that I was in over my head. Once again, Lauren came to the rescue and told us her favorite menu items and described other items on the menu to us. We ordered what she recommended, as well as an appetizer that she recommended, and I could not have been happier. I also asked her to surprise me with a drink and she gave me what she called a water lilly and it was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend for you to go try this out for yourself. The chef even came out and spoke to a few tables and asked how everything was. He was super nice and very well qualified. I wish Olive the best of luck!

Honestly, it was okay. I think our party had higher expectations just from what we’d heard around town. So we were a little disappointed. However, I will say that the food was delicious, it just lacked a bit of flavor. Our service was okay as well. Overall, we do plan on coming back, we’ll just give it a few months.

Absolutely delectable and wonderfully delicious. Chef Mericle and his small but mighty kitchen crew truly bring flavors to life and bless your palate with flavors you will crave again. If you’re in Sheridan looking for a new place to try out and a little coin to spend, definitely try out Olive.

We went here for our anniversary. The bruschetta appetizer was good. Wine was good. My husband’s food( chicken with pasta ) was served cold. The gnocchi was ok. Based on the food we chose to go elsewhere for dessert.
