Eva Is always the best. Her customer service is unmatched. I had the Capocollo and my boyfriend had Testa Di Rapa. My prosciutto was so amazing and the cheese always gives it the best taste. We always have the olives and had to be given extras because we love them so much. My boyfriend‘s chicken was fried perfectly and was so delicious. We also tried the tiramisu which was so light and fluffy with the perfect amount of espresso. We also tried a soft shell pastry that had a fluffy cream inside with chocolate chips, which was also to die for. We have never had better sandwiches or pastries in Santa Barbara or honestly anywhere so far.

First time here. It was excellent and wish we would have known about this place sooner. The pork belly was very good. Very savory and filling. Recommend splitting it with something else. Tarimisu was just ok. Wouldn’t get again. Service was friendly and fast! Atmosphere is laid back and quiet, perfect for some wine sipping while you enjoy your sandwich. A touch of Italy in SB!

Aye Maria! The absolute greatest hot sandwich I have ever had. I wasn’t even that hungry and I ate the whole GD thing. Hot pork belly sandwich. Washed it down with their signature Negroni. It was all just so incredible. Can’t wait to go back. 9 stars

We are here visiting Santa Barbara and after searching for authentic Italian food, we chose to come to Olio Bottega. I am SO happy we did. The food and pasta was the best I’ve ever had. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and the recipes- authentic! Eva took care of us and she was the sweetest! The little market area was fun to browse in for goods from Italy. Eva also offered us some fresh pastries. I would come and eat here everyday if I could! The most wonderful food, the best service, and the kindest people. Thank you!

Easily the most authentic schiacciata panino we have found since returning from Florence (albeit some of the options are with a slight California flare). The staff are unbelievably accommodating and pleasant, wine selection is superb, and the setting is cute. Only regret is that we can only give 5 stars.
