This location is such a hit or miss. Last time I ordered out, they left the paper from the cheese in my sandwich. Just picked up another order, and there was a hair in my food. Also the sandwich wasn’t even filled all the way with the ingredients! Just looks like it was thrown together without a care in the world. Come on yall

Olga’s Kitchen in Taylor, MI, was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely great. fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot perfectly. Service was excellent overall, and the place was super clean and welcoming. A special little shoutout to the General Manager or Manager, Haily, she handled a small issue I had with impressive quickness and total professionalism. She and my server Angie brought such a positive energy and great vibe to the whole atmosphere that made my table of friends enjoy our time spent together. you can clearly tell her team likes and respects her leadership by the way they operate . My server, Angie, was also on point and super friendly and helpful. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by. Olga’s Kitchen delivers on quality and service. me and the girls will definitely be back!

Went in last night ar 706pm on 9/4, i order a basket of snackers and extra almond cheese and a kids meal. First the snackers was horrible as in the pic below, it looks like they mixed old with new and half of them wasnt even cook and with no season on them and the others was hard as a rock and they had fries in them too. I would be embarrassed to even let then leave the store. Horrible experience. Pry wont come back

Bowl was dry and hot with cold sections. Confusing to taste buds to say the least. Sent back and got an Olga but it was delivered to wrong table. After 3 minute conversation the same Olga was brought to my table cold and probably full of germs. So I paid for food I could not eat. Thanks waiter and here’s your tip. Customer service. Took pictures and put trash on top of Olga so they would not serve It to a third person.

Wow this place sure has changed and not for the better! My friend and I use to come quite often and these last few visits have been horrible! The food tastes different not nearly as fresh as it use to. Our snackers are now all different sizes and some fresh some old. The servers would rather sit in a booth talking loudly, laughing and ignoring the people standing at the door. We tried to give it a chance being we were going there often however the food isn’t as good anymore. You either see a manager running around doing so much nothing is getting accomplished or you hear and see staff trying to get the blonde manager to help who is clearly bothered by it. We just will go somewhere else. Save the coupons and save your time I won’t be back.

Oh my goodness. Olga’s food was absolutely delicious. Their snackers with the spread are simply sensational. And the zucchini fries & broccoli soup were just delucious. However, the lemon aid tasted more like lime then lemons. My waitress was kind & friendly. And the resturant was clean. I recommend Olga’s Kitchen to everyone

Placed an order tonight and it was so unsatisfactory first off they forgot some of our order. second off we get home to open our food and the snackers and fries had no seasoning which is weird considering I selected extra seasoning for my fries, but to top all of that off we also got the olga donuts which we’ve never gotten but decided to try and opened those and were just dough balls absolutely no powdered sugar. I called to let them know how I received my order I thought I was rather polite about how horrible the food was, but I had the pleasure of talking to the manager Linda, and she must’ve thought she hung up because before I ended the call I heard her complaining to someone about what I said about my order not having seasoning on my fries and no powdered sugar on the donuts. I even apologized for complaining about my order being wrong and quite frankly I shouldn’t have. but if the order was made correctly in the first place I wouldn’t have to call and complain. this experience was very disappointing from the way the food came out to how management talked about it after they thought the phone was hung up.
