We found a cozy restaurant in Providence during a hockey tournament. The food was decent, but not great. My husband’s Pulpo a la Gallega was simple but satisfying. I had the Seafood Paella, but it lacked bold flavors. The ambiance was inviting, but they could improve it by upgrading the silverware and choosing more elegant napkins. These small changes will elevate the overall experience.

Make sure to review what you’re paying for:
One issue that we found quite frustrating was the unexpected charge for water on our bill. We specifically asked for water, and two glasses were brought to our table. When we reviewed the check, we were surprised to see a charge for water, as if we had ordered bottled water. If it had been bottled, the staff should have brought the bottles directly to us. It was impossible for us to prove they were serving bottled water. After discussing the issue with the waitress for a few minutes, they ultimately agreed to remove the charge from our bill.

Had an early dinner there today.
The staff is friendly. Service was quick. Food was very good. We will be going back. Check out the images of their food before going. If you are not familiar with their menu, it can be challenging to make a selection. We had pork skewers, napolitan-style meatballs, and seafood paella.

I love the seafood paella. It was amazing. The food was very flavorful. I loved the atmosphere. I went during a quieter part of the day but still, everything was great. I look forward to eating there again and I highly recommend others give this place a try.

Unfortunately there is no longer a restaurant called Olee. It’s now a different restaurant called
– Love Kitchen Bar

We went to try Olee for the first time but when we arrived It was rebranded as Love Kitchen Bar.

I was looking forward to trying the Olee menu, but the entire menu had changed, less Spanish tapas, more Dominican cuisine. The food was decent and the staff were very friendly. Would try again. Just be aware Olee menu is not available.

My best friend and I went to this restaurant fully expecting to get either blown away or really disappointed. I’m glad to report that we were BLOWN AWAY. There were so many options of paella that I was grinning from ear to ear. Plus! There were different sizes so my friend and I could get two different types!! It was delicious! However, the experience was made better by the staff. The waitress was wonderful and the owner even came out to great us and we were impressed by his friendly personality and professional ambitions. It was a five star experience!

Looks like it opened not too long ago. When you walk in, you notice it’s not a big place, and it is rather modest. But the quality of food is deceptively good. The chef takes his time crafting the orders, but it’s worth the wait. He even checked in on us to see how we liked everything. I had gotten a small meat paella, which is a healthy portion for one. A large would probably need to be shared. As the waitress said, cooking is the chef’s passion and he really cares about quality. Not that most chefs aren’t, but the emphasis is clear here.

Such a great little spot with great food! Watermelon margarita hit the spot! Had the anchovies with toasted bread and chorizo with toasted bread for appetizers and both were absolutely delicious! Also had the grilled octopus and that was equally as delicious!! So much flavor and cooked to perfection! Definitely one of my new favorite spots ❤️
