Not often in Rome these days. Wanted some local BBQ. Service was friendly and fast. Ordered a half rack of ribs and potato salad. The potato salad was fine. Unfortunately the ribs were so dried out they could not be eaten. Didn’t have time to turn around and go back. They also had an off-flavor, not smoky at all. Might give this place one more chance with pulled pork another day.

I’m from California and I’ll tell you this place is better than Bojangles and better than McDonald’s breakfast. This was my first time going there. The service was excellent and the food was excellent. Y’all gotta go and go check it out cause I’m telling you it was the best of the best and their prices are pretty good. I recommend this place 100% and I normally just don’t do this but I recommend this place 100% with an A+.

Sausage was burnt and blan. Eggs were over cooked felt like rubber. Grits were lumpy. Biscuit was dry and blan. The gravy was great! The price was not good either.

Tried it out since I always see several cars in line there. The sweet tea is good, but very underimpressed with the rest of the order. Sausage is the typical frozen round type patties. Biscuit is doughy and without flavor. Grits were very basic and also without any real taste. Food did come out fast and the lady was friendly

I normally avoid fussing at kids because that’s all that was working there today. I found a bread tie in my potato salad, the Brunswick stew is ketchup pork and bean and more ketchup the BBQ sauce is ketchup and the ribs are middling but thankfully edible unlike the stew. I have not eaten but one thing in Rome GA worse than this stew.

My wife had Brunswick Stew and loved every spoonful. I had the pork plate with a side of Brunswick Stew and slaw. It was very good. Pork was not pulled…it was more ground, but it was very tasty. The workers were very friendly and helpful. definitely visit again.
