Beware – Their website reflects prices that are ~30% lower than actual prices. Take out? They’ll say your food will be ready in 10-15 minutes when actual wait time is 30-40 minutes for a simple order. They’ll say they’re “busy” as an excuse but there will be 70% open tables. Don’t go here if you want to be respected as a customer. Here’s what a $16.99 burrito looks like; Sharpie for scale. I feel sorry for the staff that have to defend management. It’s not their fault.

Solid Service & Flavor — A Pleasant Surprise in Tucson
As a regional manager who travels often for business, I appreciate local spots that deliver both quality and hospitality. I stopped by Ole’ Mexican Grill and ordered the biscuits and gravy along with a michelada — a combo I didn’t expect to work so well together, but it absolutely did.
The biscuits were soft, the gravy had that perfect balance of seasoning, and the michelada was bold, tangy, and refreshing. Service was great — the staff were attentive and welcoming, even with the morning rush.
The atmosphere was relaxed and clean, and you can tell they take pride in presentation and consistency. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Ole’ Mexican Grill delivers both comfort and flavor with professionalism to match.

We ate outside because I had my dog with my. I had the tortilla soup and chicken mole. The chips and salsa were very good. Service was promo and our food arrived quickly.
The prices are really reasonable and the food top quality and flavorful.

We went out for a rare kid-free evening. The place was pretty busy, but we were seated almost immediately and our orders were taken quickly. The server was attentive and very pleasant. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was comfortable and casual. Thanks for helping to make our evening out wonderful! This place is now on our short list of places to go for our special time together.

I decided to try a new place to eat and decided on Ole’. They offered good quality, authentic Mexican food for a good price. The portions were a good size and overall I truly enjoyed the experience. The restaurant was clean and buzzing with people and energy. The chips and salsa were yummy and great while we waited for our food, which came in a timely manner. We ordered carne asada enchiladas and shrimp tacos that were both delicious.

I found the food to be okay but lacking flavor and seasoning. The customer service was great, friendly service, and fairly fast. Large portions, decent prices. They add 18% gratuity on parties of 6.

A solid Mexican place and a favorite of my cousins’. My go-to is tacos with rice and beans, and I loved that Ole’ offered soft corn tacos. I also tried chile relleno for the first time, delicious. Servers were attentive and kind. They also went above and beyond when I inquired about queso with chorizo; we split it four ways and the leftovers still kept me going for another day or two because the skillet was MASSIVE. Thanks, Ole’ family!

Really good food, excellent service. Marco served us and did a wonderful job at recommending dishes as well as being attentive to our table. We had some beef tacos and the chili rellenos, as well as some some of their burritos. My husband said it was one of the best chili rellenos that he has had, and we really enjoyed the fried ice cream for dessert. We will definitely be letting others know about our positive experience here.

Our family of 6 stopped in for lunch after we found the reviews on Google. Service was prompt and friendly. But, the food was mixed at best and largely fell flat. Salsa lacked a fresh taste and seemed heavy on black pepper. The carnitas were mushy and not the expected crispy griddled. The chicken enchiladas were average. To top it off if you pay by credit card be prepared to pay an additional 3.5% fee!
