Mannnnnnn… If you have heard of or seen this place and haven’t stopped by yet then please do yourself a favor and do so the next chance you get. They were serving smoked chicken plates when I stopped by and they’re tied with one of my friends for best smoked chicken I’ve ever had. Delicious, smoky, and juicy!!! For $20 you’re getting a half of a smoked chicken, a serving of red beans and rice, a choice of salad or potatoe salad,a serving of greens, a serving of green beans, a slice of cake, and a can of soda. I mean c’mon . It’s a no brainer in my book, everyone was very kind as well. Can’t wait to come back!!!

I’m biased. This is a family owned place. The fact that family owns it, has no affect on my opinion of the food. It’s good down home cooking. An all you can eat buffet for less than 13 dollars, including drinks, can’t be beat.

I had a cheeseburger w/sweet potato fries. I wanted to like it, but sat down to enjoy my cheeseburger no lettuce tomatoes pickles or onions. Just a flat burger I could not taste the flavor of the burger for the bun . But the fries were hot and I enjoyed them. I cannot judge the atmosphere because my order was to go and it must have been close to closing.
