Pros: The food was good!
Cons:
*Lemonade is no refill ($3.75)
*Soft Drinks and tea are only 1 refill ($3.25)
*Service is not given with a smile (I did see 2 ladies smiling. One, a young hostess was a sweetheart…and one server was very friendly to her customers) The young male hostess would look you right in the eye and almost frown. Our waitress never smiled. Even when complimenting and using manners. She was like that with other customers as well.) You definitely don’t leave with that good small town friendly feeling!

It was great, truly a wonderful dining experience. The staff were attentive and professional, the food was cooked fabulously, and every bite tasted fresh. The portions were large and the prices were very fair for what was on offer, though still a bit on the expensive side, ended up averaging about $20 per person including drinks and an entree, though there are slightly less expensive options available. The atmosphere was lovely, the place was clean, and the ambient music set a wonderful mood. I absolutely recommend the restaurant for genuinely delicious food and great service.

Food….. I ordered a taco salad based solely upon the images of other items in the menu. I don’t expect a lot from a Shredded Chicken taco salad and yet here I am giving it a single star simply because I had to give something ..
The chicken was bland and wet. The lettuce looked like the funky white end of iceberg .. the tomato slices were so big, I had to dice it myself… I had 2 types of salsa on the table and the red tasted like pure chile sauce not any salsa I have had in any country I have visited… The green had no flavor just a hint of heat…. I order Queso Dip and found out after it came out that it is not made there… It was identical to Tostito Salsa Con Queso from Walmart… I assume it’s a generic food service brand but it’s an insult to Mexico and the Southwest.
Maybe I am too accustomed to Mexican Border area Mexican Food but even as a salad it just didn’t pass the test …
Walking in, I had to ask if I used the right door because the initial appearance is a place in a construction transition due to how it is set up…

Yummy food and great service! We were so surprised that they served 2 kinds of salsa and chips and also beans. We’ve never had beans served with our salsa before. I got the Ole Taco which was similar to a stuffed sopapilla and hubby got the 3 taco meal.

Uh we got hair in not one but 2 plates… and also couldn’t get a server’s attention for additional salsa until our food was delivered. Used to love it there, but won’t be back for some time.

Decent food, terrible service. Me and my boyfriend decided to take my family out for dinner and we all have been wanting to try Ole cause our friend’s have been going on and on about it. However everything went downhill the moment we arrived. When we arrived there was a wait and the lady said it’d be about 20 minutes, which was fine we didn’t mind waiting as there were 2 other families in front of us one of the families were having a birthday so it was a big group, that’s fine. However after the 2 families were seated more people showed up (not included with the groups infront of us) and they were seated before us. Mind you they didn’t have reservations they just showed up and were seated before we were and when we asked how much longer for a table they said another 20 minutes and then later said they’re cleaning it right now. Fast forward to when we finally got seated and are ordering our food we asked our waitress if there were onions in the cheese enchiladas because my dad is deathly allergic to onions and she said “no i dont think so but I can go check” then left and came back saying “no we don’t put onions in our cheese enchiladas.” So my dad started eating it then stopped saying he thinks there’s onions in the queso sauce on the enchiladas. So I asked our waitress to check if the queso sauce has onions and she said let me go see and comes back and says “there is onions in the queso we don’t add onions into it it comes prepackaged.” So immediately my dad’s like i can’t eat this and goes to the car to look for his benadryl to take. We tried eating but then the waitress made a comment in a snobby like tone saying well at least he didn’t eat a lot of it. That was the final straw we packed up our meals, paid and left as we were leaving the hostess was in the doorway kinda blocking it saying “have a good night” in a snobby tone too. Which I replied with no i will not and if my dad dies cause of yall I’m suing! That got their attention finally. Very very disappointed and will not be back! Also my dad’s ok we rushed him to the hospital and he’s ok now but still I don’t recommend this restaurant if you have food allergies apparently they don’t care!

We got lucky and were seated very quickly tonight. I do think a lot of time there is a wait for a table. The decor of this restaurant is charming and colorful. Our waitress was on her game and kept the refills coming. It’s really nice when they are busy, but can still pay attention to your table. We usually take out from here, so to dine In was a nice change! Food was hot, and all orders were correct. It did not take very long for it to be ready either.

Amazing Mexican food. Not only do they offer 2 types of salsa, but also an amazing dip for you to nibble on while you look the menu over. The prices were good and the guacamole was delicious! Service was quick and attentive.
