We came in at 3:19 pm, we waited there to get seated, there was only one teenage girl (Shelbi) alone in the salon with a party of 12 people or more. We order and we waited 1 hour to get our appetizer, I approached her and ask her about the food when I saw 4 more new tables getting their food and not ours. Then she proceeded to tell me that the only table that got something, was only croutons and that food was not made like the pizza, which to I stayed quiet and waited more time. Then I see all the new clients getting their pizza, food and drinks, then I ask her again and she tells me that she ordered ours before, that she don’t know what happened. We ordered, 2 margaritas, 1 coke, the garlic bread and 3 slices of pizza. When she came with the pizza I told her about the situation and that we where a little bit upset because of the attitude towards it, we asked for the ticket to which she apologized and remove the food and only charged the drinks. I think is a good place to eat, but need to train better their staff, specifically if they are going to open in New Year Day, which a lot of people are going to come because almost anything is open. They have potential, but the attitude towards a situation which the customer did not have the fault needs to get better.

We try to support local, but with this place it’s getting hard. A bunch of teenagers that work in there that don’t really care about their jobs and it shows. $40 for a pepperoni pizza that had hardly any pepperoni or cheese on it and mozzarella logs, at least those were good. Save yourself the heartache and go to Camellia city pizza.

Came to Olde Towne Pizza in Slidell after a Little League game and sat outside on the back patio. The setup was great—fans, lights, music, and a nice open-air vibe that made it a perfect place to relax. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and service was quick.

We started with the meatball appetizer—delicious. Then we ordered a cheese pizza and a margherita pizza. Both were really, really good—nice large size, great flavor, and exactly what you’d expect from a classic Old Town-style pizza joint.

Definitely a solid spot if you’re in the area and craving some quality pizza.

Side note: I’ve submitted nearly 600 reviews, and my photos and videos have over 17 million views on Google Maps. If this helped, give me a follow—it’s always appreciated!

⭐ Olde Towne Pizza Co. – Slidell, LA

22/10 — Operational Excellence, Frontline Champions, Zero Notes

Shelbi and Sophi aren’t just working the front line — they’re running point on customer experience like seasoned operators. These two young professionals welcomed me into Olde Towne Pizza Company with genuine hospitality, no corporate script, no forced smiles — just real service. And that’s rare in this market.

The environment?
Clean to the point you could conduct surgery on the floor. Not “restaurant clean.” Sterile clean. The kind of clean that signals leadership takes pride in the operation from the inside out.

The décor blends antique character with a modern, high-touch finish. It’s warm, intentional, and surprisingly upscale for a neighborhood pizza shop. Even the vending machines — robot claw units — add a playful but polished touch. Someone here understands atmosphere.

Now the product mix:
• Premium Coca-Cola lineup
• Cappuccinos
• Red Bull
• Broad beer selection
• Full liquor availability

The beverage matrix alone would make most bars in the parish step up their game.

The pizza itself?
Straightforward: some of the best this side of the lake. Quality ingredients, balanced profiles, no shortcuts. They’re not faking it. They’re executing.

Shelbi and Sophi close the loop: warm, fast, attentive, and locked-in on creating a strong customer-service ROI. These two elevate the brand.

Final Call:
⭐ 22 out of 10 stars.
High-performance service culture.
Zero operational red flags.
Strong recommendation for return visits.

Olde Towne Pizza Co. isn’t just doing business — they’re running a tight ship with heart.

The pepperoni was flavorful and well made, but the Margherita lacked the same quality.

Alright, as someone who doesn’t LOVE pizza, this place makes me LOVE pizza. Crust is top notch, toppings are fresh and never leave you wanting for more (ie your pizza is fully covered with deliciousness). Drive out of your way for this place, it is worth it, they have made me a pizza fan, dammit. I’m guessing they had a rough opening because I’ve never had a burnt pizza nor unsavory service. I’m guessing you should give this place a second try because we’ve never had anything put tastiness and quality food from this place. The low rating is honestly a surprise but once again, I do not rate a place unless it’s five stars. Best pizza place in Slidell (and many other areas)

I had a house salad, a slice of cheese pizza and added Italian sausage and red onion, and tea…. $17+. The salad was delicious, but the Italian dressing was awful. It tasted like a very cheap brand. The slice of pizza had a good thin crust. I could barely see cheese or sauce and I couldn’t taste any either. I had to ask for a side of red sauce. The Italian sausage looked like tiny crumbles from the bottom of the bucket and tasted bland. The waitress was very nice. The building and the bar is beautiful. I was very disappointed in this pizza. Also, they only offer 18″ or by-the-slice. Not a good selection of sizes. I don’t recommend their pizza.

Right in the heart of old town Slidell. Just stopped in for lunch. We had the fried zucchini sticks which were excellent. The batter was light, cooked to perfection and you could really taste the veg. We had the supreme pizza and it was good. Huge pizza. Flat fresh bread. Not enough toppings for me but still really good. They have flavored teas that are delicious. Overall liked the place. Would go again

This place was absolute trash . why did the pizza crust taste like cardboard, also why can’t you get Alfredo sauce instead of red!? i paid for the damn pizza. Also why does your staff have such an attitude problem. Just because your a small business Doesn’t give you the right to treat people like that. And if you’re a small business, you know you Count on these reviews, let’s do better.

Wife and best friend brought the pizzas home. If you’re trying to feed a crowd this is the way to go! The pizzas are Huge and cheaply priced. Two huge pizzas for just over 30 bucks, hard to beat! Pepperoni was way better in my opinion and I usually like cheese pizza better!

Edit: We came to dine in tonight, Addison was our server. She was really good and sweet. We ordered the Garlic Cheese Balls and Fried Zucchini sticks for appetizers. The Zucchini was nice and lightly battered. Comes with Ranch dipping sauce. The Garlic Cheese Balls are awesome! I ordered a Stromboli with Grilled Chicken, Pepperoni, and Sun Dried Tomatoes. It was pretty good. Not particularly blown away by it. And a friend ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs. The meatballs are HUGE! Pics added of food and location is on the corner of First and Cousin.
