I used to have their lunch special often. I changed jobs and have been craving their pizza again. It’s still really good pizza. Their breads ticks are soft and delicious too.

Very solid pizza place with a lot of different pies to offer. Their sauces taste good and they have fresh ingredients, as well as a big menu. They also let you do half and half if you are unable to make a choice when thinking about toppings. They’re a bit expensive, but prices are fair for the size of pizzas you can get and the quality of the food itself. They offer some nice appetizers too. It’s a good place to feed groups well. Service is chill and friendly, and the area itself is big with a lot of space to sit. My only complaint would be that parking is difficult.

Had a craving for some pizza and found this spot on Google. It wasnt too busy when we entered only one other person in there, but it picked up some after we ordered.
We looked over the menu before ordering, the girl at the counter gave us some time to brows and helped the other guest a regular as they were on a first name basis.
We ordered small salads from the salad bar, cheese bread a pizza and some sodas.
Thr salad bar had alot of options for topping your salad. I was a huge fan of what looked like house made croutons.
They also had cottage cheese & fruit, potato salad that was good. They had everything from carrots to beets, peas and pickles. There were many options at their salad bar. The salad bar came with a breadstick as well.
They made the pizza and it took about 20 minutes. They had a different type of pizza oven that what I am used to seeing back home.
They do charge 50 cents per ranch for your pizza, no card cash only for that.
We got called over the speaker when our appetizers was ready. We also got called to the counter to pick up our pizza.
The regulars who arrived after us, got their food brought to the table. Not sure if you have to request that option.
Also not there is a $1.50 boxing fee if you want a box for your left overs. Cake flats and foil are avaliable free at rhe counter.
The pizza had the crisp at the base of the crust and a fluffier dough above. They were generous with the toppings and the slices were large. We had plenty of left overs. It wasnt the best pizza I have had but it was really good. The crust was perfect for what I was looking for, but next time i would get plain cheese or pepperoni over the combo.

I really enjoyed the spacious atmosphere of the restaurant, which gave off a cozy, old-school pizza joint vibe. The salad bar resembled the one at Chuck E. Cheese, so it wasn’t anything special. The pizza was average; it reminded me of Costco pizza, but it was a bit sweeter. I would rate it a 5 out of 10. However, the service was very good, and my food was delivered in a timely manner.

My experience here has been subpar several times in a row – all due to incorrect orders and subsequent bad service/communication.

Tonight I had a calzone take 1 hour and 15 minutes after I had put the order in online before the store opened. My order was made incorrectly. I expressed that it was made incorrectly and the owner told that he could mail me a gift card – I was sitting next door at the bar and he did not offer any other solution, including that he could make a replacement quickly. Due to him not offering to replace it, I ate it. As I was finishing, about 15 minutes later, he sent an employee over to the bar with a new calzone unannounced to me. This was the owners way of ‘making it right,’ which I understand the attempt, but I was still disatisfied because I had eaten something I didn’t want. If I was told, ‘keep it, we’ll quickly make you another and bring it over,’ then I would have been satisfied and understanding.

The incorrectly made food was bad service, and the following communication about an attempt to correct the mistake was executed poorly and not communicated.

As I spoke with him later, after leaving the bar, the owner hung up on me in the phone.

I mentioned this to other bar patrons, and the discussion quickly led to other patrons expressing similar issues – and those issues are why they do not eat there anymore.

I’m writing the review due to my experience, though the main motivation to express myself on here was due to the bad service, poorly executed plan and communication of resolving the issue, and for the owner hanging up on me when I called back to express these said issues. Both thumbs down.

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The Primo is a Greek variety which is what I always get. The owner is a very friendly guy and brings it right to your table. A nice warm place to eat on a cold winter day.

We have finally tried a new pizza place. Olde Towne Pizza makes the best pizza we have tried. We tried the calzone (huge) so we could have some to take home, my husband and I shared one and wholly cow! When they brought it to us, our eyes were WIDE opened. There was plenty to take home and eat there. It took them about 20 min. But it was SO worth it. You choose your fillings. Usually, there is too much breaking with calzones, but this was perfect. They make them while you wait. Free refills for the sodas. They have plenty of seating, which they have like picnic tables but definitely a pizza restaurant atmosphere, which was comfortable. It wasn’t busy when we went in but I can see, that it could be. This is a place that you can bring your family and feel comfortable.

Great customer service with warm friendly staff. Food was fresh and fast. Even gave me a free garlic bread stick while I waited. Would definitely eat here again.

This was the best pizza I have had in years no joke. We had the combination #1. It was spectacular. It was 100 times better than ANY chain pizza parlor. If you come anywhere near Bend Oregon Old Town Pizza is well worth the drive.
