A Hometown Gem!!! Olde Madrid never disappoints – The menu is loaded with wonderful shareable options, all fresh home cooked and something for everyone!!! Tonight we had the Stew, Matador Paella, Madrid Salad, and Diablo Chicken and of course shared a pitcher of Sangria!!! The staff and service are top notch. At peak times there may be a wait, but its definitely worth it!!! BRAVO

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and had a wonderful experience. The papas Romeras, Spanish meatballs, and the paella were all flavorful, hot, and cooked to perfection. The server was attentive, she answered all of our questions, made great suggestions. Hands down, this is the best place to eat in Racine!

Ok I can’t figure this place out, how is every single thing so good!!! Normally you go somewhere and have an extraordinary dish and everything is just okay. Old Madrid breaks the mold, everything we tried was extraordinary! We talked about our food for hours after! Give this place a try, you will love it and be back for more. The service was great, delicious cocktails and dessert, but their main dishes chefs kiss!

One of the best restaurants in Racine and the most amazing Mediterranean foods ever. There are not enough stars to rate the food service and atmosphere at this place!

My husband and I wanted to try something different, so we gave this restaurant a try. My dish was perfect. It smelled good, it looked good, and most importantly, it tasted good. You get so much for your money. I got the Maria’s Beef Stew. My husband got a rotisserie chicken dish that he wasn’t impressed with. He felt the chicken was dry. Aside from his dissatisfaction, he would be willing to come back again but order something different.

This sweet family owned and operated business bring a unique flare to Racine. Authentic food in a cozy setting. You must try the Marisco (seafood) Paella but be sure to have 4 guests ready to eat because the portions are made to share.

The seafood bisque soup was so good. It had a sweet, kind flavor. Our meatball dish was flavorful with an awesome sause that begged us to order more bread to lap up all the flavors. The scallop dish had a delightful white sause and lots of noodles. Again, the bread was used to gather up all the flavorful tastes of the sause.
Highly recommended, your taste buds will thank you.

From the words of my significant other and I, “wow this is my new favorite tapas place”. We ordered gumbo, paella and argentinian steak, all were very very tastyyyy!! We wanted to order more but we were already full after ordering those 3. We will definitely be coming back.

When we lived in Racine we would come to Olde Madrid monthly – it was so good. Since moving away, we still try to make it back at least once a year. We just went again and to no surprise they are just as good, if not better than they have always been! It’s the perfect double date place because you can order a bunch and split all the small plates to try a bit of everything! Our favorites were the Duck Croquettes with the apple chutney, the Almond Meatballs the Papas Romeras (potatoes) and the Almond Crusted Cod….but honestly we haven’t had a single thing here we didn’t love! We will continue to come back for the BEST in Racine! Pro Tip: They open at 4:30 for dinner. If you arrive at 4:15, you can get good parking and get in line for the first wave and not have to wait!
