I stopped in at the Olde Central Tavern for the first time a week ago. It’s a startup business, which isn’t easy, but I think Jaime is doing a good job with her new enterprise. I was treated exceptionally well by Jaime and Ethan. I sampled Jaime’s chili and it was delicious. It was very hearty and bursting with garden fresh flavor. I had a peanut butter banana whisky which I hadn’t had before and that was a nice experience. I’d go back for chili anytime.

decide not to return. While visiting, an employee confronted me quite aggressively for allowing my small dog (10 lbs) to play in a grassy area behind the establishment. She accused me of not cleaning up after my dog, even though no such incident occurred. Her tone was hostile and the conversation quickly escalated into an unnecessary lecture about dog waste.
It was surprising and disappointing to be treated this way over an unfounded accusation, especially given the relaxed setting. For reference, the employee in question was a middle-aged woman with dark hair. If she is responsible for monitoring outdoor areas, I would suggest some training in customer service and respectful communication.
Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression.
