Great Yeast Rolls
Interior decor was nice. Servers appeared attentive and happy. Food was Buffet or menu available.
We were passing through, not local residents. The majority of customers appeared to be 40-80 year olds in very casual dress. The employees all wore matching shirts so we knew who they were. Most appeared to be school age. Never saw anything that appeared to be a manager. I mention the customers and employees to give you a visual of what you’ll walk into.
Speaking of walking in. The restrooms are not exactly ADA compliant (or clean). I’ll leave it at that.
Back to the food. Two of us did the buffet, one ordered off the menu. No major difference. Off the menu order included going to get your own salad off buffet. Medium Well steak was WELL. Not a “choice” cut.
Think about buffets. Have you ever been to one that was perfect? Not really possible. This was no exception. Some food good, some not. Some parts neat, clean and organized, other parts not.
Would I eat there again when passing through? No.
Would I say never go try it? No.
Try it. You might like it. But if you don’t like it, don’t blame this review. See my captioned photos.
Last note: If an employee is handing out yeast rolls (they were great) with tongs, make sure the yeast rolls are the only things she touches with said tongs .

Most of the steak was a large chunk of fat that should have been cut away before it was cooked. Waitress was nice but the manager was rude and condescending. Said steaks have fat in them. Some, sure, but not 2 ounces of an 8 ounce steak.

Tonight was our first visit and the food was very good. The salad bar had a great selection and there was plenty of meat choices but they ran out of shrimp before 7 p.m. The steak, fish and pot roast were exceptional. Dessert bar was decent and banana pudding was good. Our waitress, Lauren, was attentive and helpful, other staff was friendly, and the restaurant looked very nice and clean! We were very satisfied and plan to go again soon!

Server was very attentive and friendly. Food bar was good,lots of selections. However I always enjoy fruit on my salad and there was none. I don’t eat dessert every time but the dessert table looked great. Very clean, all dishes are removed and tables cleared quickly. Very happy with the experience.

Very nice place. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Appetizer portion was huge. Buffet was very fresh. The food was good, needs more variety. I think they cut down the menu a bit too much. Four appetizers are ok but they were all fried. Squash was too salty. All other food was fine. Price was about average. The tea was good,not bitter.

The food is good but they really don’t have a variety of meats on the buffet. The last time I was there the fried chicken was dried out but it was still tasty. I would still recommend going here but when they open for the buffet. If you go later order from the menu, and expect a wait if you do order from the menu. My husband ordered from the menu and we were done eating buy the time he got his food.

Delicious buffet with a great variety. From salad to dessert. Wonderful service. Very satisfied with the staff, cleanliness, food and price. Would recommend. Also there’s a senior option available, my grandmother opted for a steak rather than buffet-she said the rib-eye was delicious and cooked just right.

The food was great, don’t get me wrong, it was just how long it took some of my party’s dishes to actually make it to our table. We had 11 people with us but overall we probably made up half of the customers in the entire restaurant. It wasn’t the waitress’ fault, but the kitchens.

The food was fine but I’m giving them 2 stars because it took the waitress 15m to even come to our table! She claims no one told her but anyone knows without being a waiter/waitress that it’s their job to take care and be attentive to their area! Also the older couple beside me said they weren’t getting refills. Long story short she’s just a bad waitress! That leads to a bad dinning experience!

I had the lunch buffet. It would be a good price at 6.99 if everything wasn’t tasteless. The strawberries were good, the cut potatoes were good, so was one pie…The Salisbury/hamburger steaks were disgusting…Everything else was tasteless. It has been open only a month and already is horrible. They season almost nothing…Even in the old West…I bet they had something to season with.
Our waitress was really good though and that is why they get 2 stars.
