Reviews
I stopped in and ordered three slices — one for myself and one for each of my coworkers. The slices are usually displayed up front, but that day they were in the back. The employee (possibly the owner) who assisted me went to the back and returned with three boxes that were different from the usual slice boxes and noticeably flimsy. He placed them in a bag, and although they were leaning, I didn’t think much of it at the time.
After a five-minute drive back to work, we opened the boxes and found all of the cheese and toppings stuck to the lids. The slices were completely ruined.
When I called to explain what happened, the same guy who packaged the slices answered the phone. Instead of listening, he immediately accused me of smashing the boxes. That was simply not the case. The boxes were flimsy to begin with, and the packaging clearly failed. I paid $19 and was initially offered only a $10 store credit. After I declined, he reluctantly offered the full $19 — but only as store credit.
The tone of the conversation felt dismissive and unnecessarily accusatory, which made an already frustrating situation worse.
It’s frustrating enough to pay for food you can’t eat. It’s worse to be blamed for it. Mistakes happen, but professionalism and accountability matter. The way this was handled left a much worse impression than the packaging ever could.
Thank You
Customer service was friendly and the food was ready for pickup in 35 minutes.
Standard pizza shop ambiance with low lights.
I ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza half cheese and half jalapeños along with an order of breadsticks that came with marinara sauce.
The pizza and the breadsticks were decent
Staff was very friendly and willing to help with ingredients for a gluten free kiddo. We ordered a small Chicago style, small Sicilian style, gluten free pizza, Greek salad snd bread sticks. The price I was charged was NOT the price on the menu! Menu price says $13.75 plus $2.00 a topping. I paid $15.75 plus $2.50 upcharge for Chicago and Sicilian plus $2.50 a topping. I could have overlooked the pricing had it been amazing pizza.
The 12 inch gluten free ended up being about 8 inches. The owner noticed and gave us a credit. The salad was about 1/2 the box for $12! The pizzas weren’t bad they just weren’t great! There was so much dough that was bland and dry. Yes I’ve had Chicago before so I know there is a lot of dough. The sauce s also not very flavorful. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Then maybe we’d have gotten the thin crust.
Been ordering their pizza for years, my goto is the thin crust sausage pizza with basil. Cheese is thick not a lot of sauce so keep that in mind but for me it is perfect.
The hidden gem of this place is there burgers though! Grilled perfectly.
