There’s nothing but goodness about this place! The first thing you notice is the clean, relaxed atmosphere… so clean and inviting! The staff is kind and welcoming. The pizza – amazing. Served promptly, piping hot and delicious! So thankful we stumbled upon this place. We’ll be back. (We ordered the Chicken Garlic pizza)

Spartanburg county has been fairly disappointing to me in terms of quality pizza options, but this is the first place in over 7 years that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed and am eager to return to. The store itself is very cozy, and the food was delicious, though as someone who normally finishes the crust, I found it too dry and doughy to do so. There’s also some miscommunication between the options listed on here and what they actually carry (mozzarella sticks are no longer on the menu), but those are the only things that held it back from a true 5/5 experience. Highly recommend it and will be coming back soon.

We had dinner tonight at Old Town Pizza for the second time since they opened. A young lady named Ana greeted us with a warm smile and took our order. She was very polite and accommodating to our party of six. Let me tell you — that smile alone changes everything! Ana is truly a great asset to your business.
We ordered three pizzas and a 2-liter Coke. The only reason I’m giving four stars for service is that it would have been nice if utensils, plates, and cups were brought to the table at the same time as the Coke. I did have to make eye contact to get her attention and ask for them.
That said, the pizzas were delicious! The dough is very tasty — thin, and the crust flavor is amazing. The chef definitely knows what he’s doing!
They do get busy on weekends. But like everywhere else- it is busy on the weekends.

I went on 1/10/26, their grand opening at about 6:00 pm. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza along with an order of garlic bread for take out. I was told it would be about 25 minutes, which I thought was pretty good considering it’s their first day. The restaurant was clean, well lit, and nice decor. Was very busy, but not packed. My order was ready in 25 minutes. The pizza was good, vegetables fresh. My only recommendation would be to cook the bottom of the pizza longer, to make it a bit more crispy. The garlic bread was good but I would also recommend throwing some marinara sauce in with the order. Overall, for their grand opening, they did very well. The staff was also nice, and friendly.

A wonderful pizzeria for dinner! The pizza was delicious — perfect crust with fresh and generous toppings. Our order was brought very quickly, which was a nice surprise. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy — a perfect place to spend the evening with family or friends. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Old Town Pizza was amazing—I’m so happy they’re open now. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the wood-fired pizza is excellent. My wife and I ordered the chicken garlic pizza and absolutely loved it. The only real struggle was choosing what to get, because there are so many delicious options.
