First time having it after hearing good things.We ordered a few salads, garlic knots, and two pizzas. Pizza was better than I anticipated. Interesting cracker style crust. Ingredients were high quality and you get plenty of toppings -no skimping here. Decent beer selection, too. We’ll be back.

I stopped here for lunch with a coworker in between jobs. They had a deal to buy a drink and get a 1-topping medium Pizza for free. I don’t drink while I’m working so I was going to get their usual lunch deal, which is also great, when I noticed they had many non-alcoholic options. I decided to try one as this would also work with the medium Pizza deal!

The drink had all the creativity and flavor of a cocktail! Great for mid business lunches, or anybody looking to have a different drink without the need of alcohol! The bartender, Lola, was very passionate about the N-A drinks they are creating and even made a couple of new drinks she’ll be putting out for the summer. The “Pink Mirage” was a sweet and exciting dragon fruit cocktail and the “Royale Gardens” was a watermelon spritzer, but delicious and a great edition to a mid-day break from the grind!

This was our first time dining at Old Shawnee Pizza. We decided to stop in because we heard Travis Marvin would be playing.
We were pleasantly surprised with the intimate space and fun atmosphere, but seriously, order the pizza!
The menu has a lot of delicious food, but man, this pizza is delicious. The cracker crust is the perfect thickness, and you can choose from an expansive list of toppings ( including multiple sauce selections).
Travis did not disappoint either! He played a few acoustic sets of familiar songs as well as some of his personal work (amazing). This type of smaller venue is more personal and enjoyable.
The waitstaff were attentive but not overbearing. They were very courteous.
The 1 and only thing I would change is to make more space for entertainment. Everything else was top-notch.

My girlfriend and I bought some items from Price Chopper 2 weeks ago, and on the back of the receipt was printed a coupon, for a $17.00 Large Pizza from Old Shawnee Pizza. She called Old Shawnee Pizza a couple of evenings ago and placed her order with a person, who told her to bring the coupon with her and they would discount the order at the restaurant.
When she went to pick up her pizza and the young person cashing her order out told her that the total would be approximately $23.00 (I don’t remember the exact amount she told me). When she told him that the coupon stated that the pizza was supposed to be $17.00 he went to get a female that I assume was the manager. She came to the register and told him to enter it a certain way into the cash register then she left. When he did this, the total still came out to approximately $23.00. He then told my girlfriend that they were no longer accepting these coupons because they were old. Keep in mind, I just got this receipt from Price Chopper within the last 2 weeks.
Because my girlfriend isn’t one to cause a scene she reluctantly paid the $23.00 and left with the pizza.
Not the way to do business with someone who had patronized your restaurant for over 40 years but will no longer be doing so.

I have lived in Kansas City since 1977 and today was my first time @oldshawneepizza. I have been missing out. It was very good pizza and loved the different selections they offer. My wife had the crab Rangoon pizza and I had the Smoke house pizza. Both were full of flavor and cooked just right. The sales were good but when you add the garlic ranch house dressing, it takes it up to a different level. Ben was our waiter and he did a great job taking care of us. We will be back!! 2-10-2026 Courtney was our waitress and she did an awesome job. We had the Nashville Hot Chicken pizza and the Margarita pizza. Both were really good and the Nashville Hot Chicken was even better than I had hoped for with it’s taste and just right amount of kick. The Meatball appetizer with Bolognese sauce was a wonderful surprise….soooo good. Looking for to trying other items on the menu next time.

Similar to another reviewer, we recently placed a carry out order, stating that we would be using a coupon from a Price Chopper receipt. The coupon had no expiration date, and we had used them many times before. Upon arriving was told they wouldn’t honor the coupon. Things got heated when I sought some type of resolution – I was even threatened by a member of the staff. I reported this on Old Shawnee Pizza’s web site, expecting some attempt to remedy. Having heard nothing from them, I guess my only recourse is to try to warn others.

I really appreciate that they have three GF pizza crust options. We had the fathead keto friendly one and it was very good. We liked the sauce and the house salad dressing was also good.

Been a long time since we’ve been here came tonight for pizza and some cocktails and of course the crab Rangoon dip everything was outstanding!! The atmosphere is great here, the bourbon selection is off the chart everything and anything you could ever possibly want! Service was great as well I would strongly suggest this place for all pizza lovers you can’t go wrong Cheers
