honestly for a one man shop it was great, pepperoni rolls were sweet and with grinded up pepperoni and before you say eww you need to try it, it was amazing! had a wait a little for my pizza to finish up but while i was waiting i enjoyed some pool with family and they also have arcade games,

On vacation and we were looking for a place to eat, couldn’t have found a better spot. My girlfriend and I had the Grandma Goldies sub which is a pizza on a roll! The sauce is homemade in house, cheese is cut in house and dough (not rolls) is made in house! The owner (Lisa) was great to chat with (we were the only ones there). The sauce reminded me of my grandmothers when she made pizza in a cast iron skillet.
Unfortunately Google only has 5 stars but this place is a 10 in our book! We look forward to a return trip back to the area, currently on vacation!

This is definitely a different type of restaurant… the place is also someone’s home. The place could be cleaned up more, the entry smells like mold, bathroom lock doesn’t work, no gloves used, once you get into the eating area it’s clean, seats aren’t, dirt visible and it’s sticky. The pizza was good but sugary. $20 for a 20inch $16 for a 16inch and $1.00 per extra topping!

First I’ll say that the pizza is excellent and I wish I had pizza this good near me, and I have probably a dozen pizza places near me. Yet the place itself is kind of sad with worn, discolored plush upholstered furniture taking up too much space. When I walked in I thought for a moment I was losing my color vision. The eating area and cooking area are all one large and poorly ventilated space, probably more comfortable in winter, but hot and stuffy in summer. We only met one person, the woman who owns the business with her spouse. Maybe she gets extra help when needed but one person cannot handle a rush of business if and when one happens, and she likely works very hard and long hours just getting by in a tough business, the restaurant business. A cup of ice to enjoy a coke with was not an option. A cup. Of ice. Not available. Condiments, maybe available but not visible and after I learned that ice was too much trouble I didn’t even ask about condiments. There is room for a small outdoor picnic area but instead are old rusty implements, broken bricks, weeds and a water barrel that was full of mosquito larva ready to emerge and bite customers. This needs to be drained and stay drained. I’d go again and get carryout and avoid eating there, and advise you to do the same. It appears to me that management would want that too. So go get a pizza for carryout soon, I think this business is hanging on by a thread, and when it is gone people will talk about how good it was.

Food was delicious. Pepperoni rolls are to die for. Came from out of town and was looking for somewhere worth the money and this place was definitely it.
Will be visiting more often when in town. Owner was sweet and you can tell everything is home made and delicious!!

We were excited to try old school pizza. We pulled in with a u haul trailer. A very rude lady came out and said “ can you not park here it’s for customers” we said we are coming in. She then wanted us to pull up to a curb so her customers could park. Ummm we are customers ! We said how are we supposed to get out if we are pulled up to curb she said oh well and went back inside. Lady you lost 6 paying customers for being so very rude!!!! Don’t waste you time going there.

We discovered the place all of a sudden..was driving around to enjoy the fall colors and saw the place…the pizza surpassed our expectations….very authentic taste..
the interior of the shop was awesome, different in look with a rustic tone..free pool table and pac-man game(which is rare) the owner was very friendly..he showed us around his place..would love to go there again

Grandma Goldie’s sub was amazing! It’s a pizza in a sub roll. Dizzy kept saying it was amazing, so good, I’m full but I want more. Definitely need to check this place out. Lisa, one of the owners is so sweet and personable. She made our lunch experience so much better. Please check them out; it’s worth it. PS: They don’t accept credit cards but they do have an ATM machine on site to pull cash.
