Great pizza, great service, great place. They’ve got a bunch of specialty pizza options or build your own. There are a lot of toppings including ones you wouldn’t normally be able to get (prosciutto!). They have great specials throughout the week and a nice bar with excellent service.

The only reason I give three stars overall is because we ordered a large pizza with half of it pepperoni and half sausage and this could just be an honest mistake, they charged us for a full item on each topping. i’m usually pretty good at overlooking the receipt so this on me as well.

Nice little place with that old school pizzeria feel. Staff was super nice as well as a guy wandering around giving suggestions who I assume was the owner or manager.
The taco pizza wasn’t that impressive but the BBQ Chicken was quite good. Coming from Chicago I have certain preferences for my own pizza, but for something local, everyone in our group was very happy with the place.
We all agreed we’d return in the future, just because the people there were so nice and the owner (running outside to stop us on our way to the car to see if we liked his suggestions) seemed so passionate and committed to providing great service. Thanks for everything.

I walked into Old School yesterday and found James behind the bar. After a hiccup with food I had ordered from another place, I explained my situation to him. James immediately knew exactly what I needed, how many pizzas, subs, and wings would feed my group perfectly. Everything was ready in just two hours, and the entire experience was fantastic. Great service, great food, and genuinely helpful people. I can’t recommend Old School enough.

This has become our standing Tuesday night tradition (in addition to other times!). We always sit at the bar, and the bartender Molly is exceptional!! So friendly and efficient. We really enjoy the pizza and salads. The toppings always taste fresh and the pizza is cooked perfectly. It is so nice to have a locally- and family-owned place to hang out. Love Old School!!

We were there two hours and forty minutes. First we had reservations at Parkers then we were shuffled to Old School for some reason. They sent three free appetizers, which was nice. However we sat there for over 20 minutes before we were served our drinks. It took forever. The service was just horrible. It was not her fault, she was just overwhelmed. The seats are extremely uncomfortable. I had to ask for my salad twice. Some of the guests that were with me did not receive their pizza. They were comped the wings. I am normally very generous with my reviews. I realize that finding help is hard. But next time just turn us away. This was not a fun experience. The food was very good, but not worth the wait or aggravation.

I ordered pizza today, October 29. I told the girl that took my order twice I wanted light baked. I had just been to the dentist and didn’t want a dark crust. I’ve never had the problem before asking for light baked. It wasn’t light baked.
The sauce was spicy hot. Never like this. This isn’t chili.

The worst waitress ever. She didn’t introduce herself She didn’t check on us to see if we needed any refills or if we needed anything else. I said thank you a couple of times to her She never gave me a response when she gave us our receipt to check out she gave us our change she didn’t tell us have a good day or come back or even a I hope to see you again. The service there was terrible!! I will never go back there again!!

Hadn’t visited since they opened a few years back. Atmosphere and the bartender were very nice. I ordered a medium meatball pizza to go and one pint of Dortmunder while I waited.
When I received the tab, the medium “single topping pizza” was $19.75 and the Dortumunder was $6. Sadly the pizza was very average, we had a few pieces and tossed the rest.
There won’t be any future visits because the cost was much higher than comparable non-chain pizzas in the area. The beer was exceptionally high for a common Cleveland craft draft. I was hoping for a great experience, but it didn’t happen.

We love the variety of specialty pizzas offered. They have a great menu and it is hard to decide with all the amazing offerings. They also support local community projects and give back. Our swim team uses them for all our pizza needs and they do not disappoint. Highly recommend.
