Service was excellent from the young staff. We ordered burgers and cheese fries. The cheese fries were a special disappointment as the cheese sauce slid off the fries and settled in a pool at the bottom of the container (as you can see in the picture there is hardly any cheese sauce on the fries). The burger was sloppy to eat with crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes falling out at each bite. It tasted fine, but not in a way to distinguish it much from what you’d find at fast food, and a bit pricier. It was cooked to order and hot when served. For the money, I prefer Five Guys. .

The young staff was quick and courteous, the food was hot and delicious every flavor was on point, I got the “Jawn Fries” expecting a side to go with my sandwich but it’s a whole meal in itself! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to stop in and try something else!

Got takeout beginning of the week food was hot, fries were thinly cut crinkle fries and burger was great.
Then got takeout today on a Friday night, the food was less then mediocre. The burger was soggy, my bun tasted like mush and wouldn’t hang on. The fries were different, not only were they bigger crinkle cuts but they were not cooked all the way so they were limp and soggy. As well as they barely gave us any fries. I ordered a chicken tender basket and a side of regular fries. They barely put any fries in either the meal or side order. All in all was disappointed.
The first was fast and warm/hot food. This time it was slow service and cold food.
This place is hit or miss so don’t go here if your looking for consistency.

The Drive thru staff didn’t know what to charge for two kids size vanilla ice cream cups.
Until I realized they charged $13.10
with no receipt.
I called my bank and reported the overcharges and canceled the transaction.
Thanks to my bank for helping me out with this issue and got my money back.

This place always has good food. We have gone in the past and had to wait a while but this time our food was out very quickly. We were in a bit of a rush and since it was my sons musical at school, this is where he wanted to eat(we typically treat to a dinner before a special school event). The staff was courteous and did their job. The fries are overpriced but they were delicious. I get their steak sandwich while the rest of my family gets burgers. Give the steak sandwich a try and you won’t be disappointed.

The burgers, boneless wings, and fries were tasty here. The food was an upgrade from quick fast food (McDonalds, BK, etc) but not as good as places such as Five Guys, Jake’s, etc. The main reason for the lower rating centers around the prices. Prices were very high for the quality and amount of food. We paid over $40 for three people including a child. It was worth a try but I will spend my money more wisely elsewhere the next time I am in the area.

They make a mean burger, a little pricey but worth it for a good homemade burger.
The mad science fries were good minus all of the extra grease that was on there, way too much grease we didn’t end up eating them. The next time we got the fries they were better but still greasy.

Overall not impressed. The service was friendly and timely and I left a tip. The menu has a good variety of items for a burger place. The prices are very high for what you get. The burger tasted good, but the burger roll had no substance and gave the impression it was the cheapest roll available. The fries were crinkle cut fries and gave the same impression as the cheapest fries available. The fountain drink gave the same impression. The cup crashed in my hand while carrying it to my car. Again gave the impression it was the cheapest cup available. But the burger tasted good.
