Mixed feelings. Serving sizes are very small compared to their prices. Single patty burgers are about the size of a McDonald’s cheeseburger rather than a larger burger like Shake Shack or Five Guys. Parmasean cheesesteak was loaded with chicken but felt like it was missing something. Cheese fries were very basic but expected. Service was very friendly but took about 20 minutes seated with no air conditioning indoors. Overall the food was good but for the pricing and size there are much better options.

Update 2024: Seems like they’re making just breakfast sandwiches and sides currently. Very tasty sandwiches. See pic! Plenty of room and nicely cooled for summer. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Great local spot for breakfast. Had the omelette and scrapple choices. Tasty and hot. Portions easily make 2 meals. Service was prompt and friendly. Looking forward to trying their lunch options.

Garlic Parmesan fries were subpar and cold, we even told them the fries were cold and they gave us back a different order of cold fries. We waited 40 minutes for cold french fries and two cheeseburgers. They weren’t even at full capacity. Cheeseburgers tasted good though.

Went here as we were walking to the beach and the cheese steak was an absolute 10/10… I got the A1 one with the mushrooms and cooper sharp… didn’t expect it to be that good and definitely coming back again.

Unfortunately, this was our first time trying Old School Burgers. We placed our web order at 6:08pm. We were told to pick up the order at 7:10. We arrived at 7:08. We drove home 5 blocks. The food was ice cold. The fries were filled 1/4 of the bag for a large fry. The chicken wings were rubber. When we called to complain, we were told that “it was our fault that the food was cold.” We asked for a refund. First, we were told to come back and get a complimentary fry. Then we were told that they would give us a $20 credit which was reduced to $15. The credit could be used next time. Not sure how they are keeping track of this credit. Overall, very disappointing.

Old School Burgers is our new favorite place in Ocean City! The burgers are fabulous and there is something for everyone. Keira has been our waitress the last three times we’ve been in and we adore her. Not only did she remember us when we came in but she took the time to ask about my Mom who wasn’t with us this last time. She is one of the friendliest, most cheerful and engaging servers we’ve ever had. Every order came out hot and complete. There are few restaurants that you can go to on a regular basis that are this consistent. Ten stars out of five!!!

For a newer restaurant still getting its bearings, I was fairly impressed with my overall experience. I ordered the Stars and Stripes burger with a side of fries. The burger itself was delicious, and I really enjoyed the sauce on it. My biggest complaints would be the quality of the bun and the fries. I think they both could have been a little better, but they were not bad. The service itself was great. I had Sarah as my server, and she was absolutely amazing. She answered any questions my family and I had, and was fast bringing the food out. She definitely brought the experience up from three stars to four stars. Overall, I would recommend to a friend!

We’ve been wanting to try Old School for a while and finally made it in during a busy time of day. Our waitress Sarah was handling a lot of tables and stayed sweet to everyone. I tried to garlic parm boneless wings with a side of tots. They were both amazing. Great sauce. Sarah told me that all of the wing sauces are good. I’ll be back to try the rest soon. Also, being an 80’s kid, this place was so fun. The menu, music and decor all 80’s. Loved it.

Normally, I’m a Delaware shores resident, so I don’t have to worry about where to eat elsewhere. However, I lucked out when I found this place upon visiting Ocean City, New Jersey. The food was good but the service was even better — my waitress, Keira, was so engaging she felt like a friend at the end of my visit. Will be back!
