I routinely get the same order every single Monday to start my week with a special treat, but all the sudden a few months ago the quality completely tanked. I loved it so much that I kept trying thinking maybe it was just one or two bad times, but they kept persistently letting me down. I tried to reach out to talk to them instead of going straight to the internet. They did not care what I had to say. So just coming here to let everyone know that’s it’s not worth it. They obviously don’t care about loyal customers or their quality. This is a pic of the last order I had. I asked for toasted with extra cream cheese. Bagel was stale and cold, and there was barely any cream cheese at all. This is what my orders have looked like the past four months. I won’t be going back anytime soon, if at all.

Made an online order 2 days in advance. Confirmed it would be ready at the time requested. Went to pick up and they had just started working on the order. I said I’d be back in 10 min. It still was not ready on my return. Staff seemed to think it was no big deal. I happened to be on a very tight timeframe. That is why I placed the order ahead of time. When I finally got my order to my event I was short a sandwich. Although the food was fine I will not go back because of this experience.

Cute little bagel shop. I ordered a meat lovers bagel. It was pretty good. However, they could be more attentive to how it was assembled though. When I opened it, there was mayo all over the bottom of the bagel and it was cut in half on the top part and not the bottom. So obviously it wasn’t cut all the way through so it started falling apart. Besides that, it was tasty. Just didn’t expect it to be so messy.

I had the firecracker on a jalapeño cheese bagel and the wife had the meat lovers breakfast bagel. They both taste good but not a lot of meat or egg and neither bagel was TOASTED! You’re a bagel shop, should always toast the bagel! I think I saw 4 microwaves too. Not the worst, but not a grand slam. Probably won’t be Bach till I see a sign out front saying every bagel toasted guarantee!
At least ask the customer if they want the bagel toasted!

I love OSB, and frequent other locations. Unfortunately, this location is closest to my home, and severely lacks in service quality. I routinely wait at the drive thru speaker or window for at least five minutes, often closer to ten, and have to repeat my order multiple times to ensure it’s been rung up correctly.
Today I got to the window and the employee was not only talking on her phone, but continued to do so, while taking my payment and handing me my food.
I will continue to love OSB, but avoid this location if at all possible.

I eat here multiple times per week, the food and staff are wonderful. If I win the lottery I would still eat here Almost every day, I’d just tip $100 instead of $3.

I drove from Kingfisher for this 🙁 I asked for it toasted an it wasn’t, it was heated so its just soggy mush. Had never tried them before so this was disappointing. I took a bite and the flavors were good but the bagel was soggy and visually a turn off. I give 2 stars for the flavor of the sauce.

I normally really enjoy their food but honestly it has been a while since I visited the store. This time I ordered something different it tasted good but there was very little chicken. It was thin and just covered half of the bagel. See pic below. I probably will not go back if this is a sign of change.

The staff at this store has a couple problems.
They spread one side of the bagel then smash the two sides together assuming the cream cheese will get on the other side. It doesn’t.
They cannot toast the bagels. Either burn them or just warm then up.
In spite of that I cannot deny that they make the best bagels in Oklahoma.
