The Saturday special is chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken. The chicken fried steak is homemade and very good.
Ordered one steak with gravy and one without, and after waiting 48 minutes for the order, I got gravy on both.
FYI – The Sawmill does not have a phone number.

Fun little place… Waitress are friendly.. fun Deco.. bathrooms acceptable… Hamburger meat way too salty for me.. but next time I will just ask for no salt.. but probably hand’s down best hamburger joint left in Parsons

I got the logjam hashbrowns eggs bacon and grilled onions with a big juicy burger patties on a brioche bun!!! Please and thank you!!!! Hubs got the Blade burner and he definitely enjoyed it !!! But the handout fries were amazing!!

I was pleasantly surprised. I had the fish special, cod was perfectly cooked and very tasty. Loved the hand cut fries. Cole slaw had an off putting flavor. My husband had the rueben, which isn’t remotely close to a rueben. It’s a half pound burger topped with slaw on toasted rye. He enjoyed it. Staff was very good and friendly. We will be returning to check out the rest of the menu.
