Maybe the worst service I’ve ever had. I had a takeout order. When I got there, they took forever to get to me, and then made me wait 20 mins. Then they told me they didn’t have a record of my order and tried to just dismiss me. I’m not sure why. After much prodding and back and forth with this one lady who wouldn’t look me in the eyes and just kept saying “I don’t know”, I was told they would start making it now and it would be another 20 mins. There were no apologies or any indication that there was any inconvenience to me whatsoever

I ordered the burrito Colorado which is with a red chili and it had nice pieces of meat in it and had some heat which I unexpected but was really good. Their Margaritas are reasonably priced and their top shelf is excellent. The server Monica took very good care of me

Solid food (delivery or dine in). Solid service. Solid prices. It hits the spot anytime I’m craving Tex-Mex style food (because that’s the type I order from here…I’ve not had their traditional entrees). The steak fajitas are so tender and well cooked. Flavor is deep in their refried beans. I love their queso and salsa. The menu has something for everybody. Also, their margaritas make me happy.

Food is okay for the most part, the chicken tortilla soup is really good! But they always put the tortillas in when I get it to-go… so they’re completely disintegrated by the time I eat it. They also NEVER give you any salsas for tacos or anything. It’s a hit and miss spot

I went in when it wasn’t really all that busy. The waitress seemed like she was very bored. I had a seat myself. I ordered munedo. It was very bland! No flavor at all! And the aftertaste was very overpowering. It was like somebody dropped a lot of chili powder into some water. I also ordered a crispy chile relleno. It tasted Frozen, very soggy. It pretty much stays like a king fresh from the package. I am willing to give these guys another chance however I was not very impressed. There’s some other Mexican restaurants in the area like 100% de Aguava that are so much better in quality and taste. They need try to come up with better tasting recipes

It seems I’m not alone in having an extremely poor experience with the lady who works the front judging by the reviews. Insanely rude and tried to charge me for an extra entree when I only had one for lunch. The food is decent, but I was left without an appetite after dealing with her. Save your money, and I for one will not be coming back.
