Im so happy to find this gem! After Waffle Shop was bought out, I’ve been looking for a replacement. This is it! Great, fresh food, and friendly service. Loved that my diced ham and scrambled eggs came with biscuits and gravy….well worth the cost $13.99.

Yet another fantastic meal at Old Mill cafe. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. They will try to remember you if you go often and even your preferences. Today I ordered a chili verde omelette with biscuits and gravy and country fried potatoes. It was so incredible, that you guys don’t even get a picture of the biscuits and gravy

The welcoming atmosphere was pleasant. Everybody was greeting saying hello. The service was right on point immediately soon as you come through the door, the food was good and comforting

Came in with husband and mom. We’re told to wait standing until they cleaned a booth. Not asked if we want a booth or table until the booth was cleaned. Ordered pork chops and a biscuit. Pork chops were so thin they literally fell apart like wet paper. I get a lot of people like gravy but I couldn’t even find the biscuit in the bowl of gravy. Egg ordered over medium can over easy. Husband said omelet was “ok”. Pancake came after he was done eating and only because he asked it. The bus girl came by to refill the sugar container. That could’ve waited until we were done. Now still sitting here all done eating and waiting on check. Apple juice was good. Music was nice, not too loud. Restaurant was clean. Sad that this place was so disappointing as it’s been here forever. Waitress was helpful with suggestions.
Edit: as we go to leave, they have mopped the floor and it’s very slippery. Again, could have waited for the customers to leave before making an unsafe environment.

Fantastic place to stop for some brunch if you’re just passing through. The food and Service are everything I could’ve asked for. My food was out in under 15 minutes from time of order and the portions were HUGE! all for less than $20/PP

I was looking forward to trying this place and it was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend visiting. The staff was so helpful and gave great advice. The Chili Verde Omelet was very unique. It seems the meat was marinated before the green sauce. It really had good flavor. The biscuits and gravy was good. Middle of the road gravy but the biscuit really stood out. It was almost like a shepherds bread. I really liked that. The absolute star of the food was a surprise to me. It was the Turkey Melt! I usually try different things but the waitress suggested it and it was tops. I really couldn’t find anything they could do better.

My husband and I decided to stop in for breakfast for the 1st time and I’m so glad we did! This place feels like home away from home. We were greeted so warmly and seated right away. I ordered the pancake breakfast with 3 huge, fluffy pancakes, eggs and the best sausages I’ve ever had out. My hubby ordered very crispy hash browns, bacon and eggs. The food was delicious and the service even better. Amy was our server and she was the best! Can’t wait for our next visit!

The meal we had aspired to mediocrity. The fruit waffle was slapped on the plate and garnished with melting whipped cream and what I’m certain was margarine. It brought to mind nursing home food, and looked nothing like the menu photo.The biscuits and gravy consisted of small crumbly biscuits in a sea of packaged pepper gravy, with a few tiny pieces of crumbled sausage floating in the goop. The coffee was what I imagined prison coffee would taste like. To top it off, the dining room has all the charm of a storage unit and the food was overpriced considering the questionable quality. At least the service was prompt and friendly.

If I could give this place a half star I would. I ordered the chicken skillet and it was not good at all. The chicken was rubbery, some of the potatoes were cooked and so more were not. My wife got the Steak and Eggs and the steak didn’t look good or taste good at all. Both plates lacked flavor and seasoning. The only good thing there was the biscuit. Definitely not going back ever again.
