The view is very nice. The waterfall is amazing. You feel home inside the restaurant. The servant was nice and polite. The orange Salmon was very delicious. The cheeseburger was very good. The buffalo chicken wings were spicy but very tasty. The fries were good and the salad was perfect.
I do recommend going there. You will definitely enjoy the food and the view. However, the beef ribs were bland and it took the waiter 3 trips to the kitchen to make it well done like we asked. They did gave us a different piece of meat to make us happy. I like their customer service. Thank you!

Beautiful building with the most romantic aesthetic. They have a good variety of main course options where the prices are all fit for the quality of the dishes. The staff is also very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. I don’t usually go for gorgonzola, but their Gorgonzola Delmonico was fantastic. Everything in the dish went together wonderfully without anything tasting over powered. My dinner there was by far one of my best dining experiences yet.

Beautiful old mill on a waterfall in Chester CT. Gorgeous fireplace area downtairs, dining upstairs was too bright. Food was decent but not spectacular. Still, a nice special occasion restaurant.

Great meal and service from Shelby. We had the salmon and delmonico steak. Both along with the salad wedges were awesome. Sure to return for the view.

Very cool old Brushmill by the waterfall. Had their onion soup which was very good, rich with flavor. Their steak was over cooked for my liking.

Hidden Treasure in a Great Location!!!
Love this place! Cross a little covered bridge next to a waterfall…
very pleasant to see and hear.
It’s an old mill that has the remains of a working brush factory that was run by a waterwheel. Lots of the old machinery still visible along with a big wonderful working fire place. The food was very good. The prime rib special was great…cooked just right. Salad and wine complemented our meal. Service was attentive. The room was quiet enough for conversation without raising our voices. We greatly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back ~~~_)~~*~~

So honestly, the wife and I loved the hostesses, the whole look and feel of the place is gorgeous and relaxing. The best part was the clam chowder! It was amazing, after that everything else was fine. The part that really fell flat was service, server was fine to start but by the meal she never refilled our drinks, she stopped coming over and we had to wait for her to walk past for us to get refills, boxes and the check. It was the service from the waitress that ruined it at the end.
