I was a little skeptical in dining here because of all the negative reviews, but I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner. The service was fast and our server, Anton, was courteous and attentive. I visited at 6pm on a Friday evening and was seated right away. The food was delicious. I plan on returning again.

It was a bit busy on a Friday evening but was seated within five minutes. The menu was small and they had a good beer and wine list. But it is expensive and the for the price I expect the food to be better and the taste was ok not great. The service was good and they were very attentive. I would not go again though.

So, I started off with Franklin’s Hefeweizen (a brewery right down the road) and all I can say is it was the best Hefe I have EVER had in my life. This one had a bit of a sweeter taste than most Hefe’s have, and although I don’t care for sweet beers, this one really knocked my socks off ($6.50 for a pint). So much that I had to visit Franklin’s brewery a couple of nights late.

Looks like a nice place, but not a great experience. Service was polite. I asked for one side not to be served with the plate but when it arrived, it was there. Then, when I cut into the steak is was closer to medium well then medium rare. They did go ahead and served me a new one after I pointed it out. After dinner, both myself and my SO had GI & gas issues (we eat very different, both low carb, meals). Wasn’t impressed with the flavor of anything served.

Unfortunately there is no option for less than a 1raring. I made reservations for breakfast at 10:45 for my family of 5. We arrived and were seated only to be told we had to order lunch. Who wants lunch at 10:45?? We also have allergy concerns and breakfast is easier to Anaheim. I spoke to the manager and he confirmed that on busy weekends they stop making breakfast at 10:30. He couldn’t care less When I explained we would have to leave. It was not posted when I made a reservation and we were disappointed to say the least. We walked out. Rude and unreasonable.

Nice restaurant and staff. Pretty good happy hour specials. Had an hour to kill late afternoon and ordered a few apps. Surprisingly good wings. Good oysters. Decent calamari but the sauce left a bit to be desired.

Went for dinner with my family but we were better off getting a reasonably priced and actually tasty food at Bentley’s. The food did not come out as described on the menu in any regard. Our waiter couldn’t answer any questions and didn’t even notice when my mom hadn’t touched her steak because it tasted bad. I mean at least he was nice. Wouldn’t come back.

Food was great. Service all around was slow though. 1 other table was filled and it took the hostess (obviously new to the job) well over 5 minutes to seat us. Then they got a rush and it took the waitress 10 minutes or more to come back for our credit card in the billfold. This was understandable since they did get slammed and only two wait staff were working. What was absurd about the situation was that a manager, the hostess and two other members of staff were just chillin, talking and goofing off at the entrance. Not helping their colleagues or paying attention to the fact that at minimum 2 tables were anxious to leave and couldn’t get their waitress.
