What a wonderful experience. One of our favorite things we did on the trip. Didn’t get many pictures because we were so mesmerized by the show. Welcome drinks were amazing. Beautiful leis when we got there. The food was so good. Kahlúa pig was by far our favorite. So much so we had it again at their sister restaurant when we found out the luau made it. We did the traditional seating and that was fun. Wonderful view of the stage. Everyone was so friendly especially our server Lau. We will be back on our next trip!

Loved it! Traditional hula. History told and the costumes were amazing! Food was delicious, loved eating some traditional foods that you cant find in a lot of restaurants… like breadfruit. The spot where the pigs are cooked was neat. Live music throughout the whole night! Staff was super attentive! Drinks were yummy! Loved the immersion experience with the game, hula, instruments, and dying process before the show and dinner! Beautiful property. On the water! Great for most ages, didnt seem appropriate for young children. The leis were the cherry on top!

The Old Lahaina Luau was truly one of the highlights of our trip and an experience I cannot recommend enough.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with beautiful flower leis and our choice of a mocktail or mai tai before being shown to our table. The setting immediately felt thoughtful and intimate. There were three of us in our party, and we shared a table with another couple, but there was plenty of space between us and it still felt very private.
The seating layout deserves special mention. Because of the tiered, stadium style arrangement, there truly is not a bad seat in the venue. Every guest has a clear, excellent view of the performance no matter where they are seated. We chose the table and chair seating instead of floor seating and were very comfortable throughout the evening.
The four course meal was wonderful from start to finish, and the bottomless drinks were a great addition. What really impressed us was how thoughtfully they handled vegetarian options. They offered a vegetarian menu with a one to one equivalent for every non vegetarian dish on the menu. All menus were the same price, with no upcharge for vegan or vegetarian options, which was refreshing and appreciated.
At $230 per person, we originally felt the price was high, but after experiencing the food, service, cultural education, and overall atmosphere, it was absolutely worth every dollar. The quality of the food, the care from the staff, and the respect shown to Hawaiian history and culture made this feel like so much more than just a dinner and show.
Our server, Kona, was beyond attentive and incredibly kind. They took the time to explain each dish in detail, including its cultural significance, and were equally thoughtful when walking us through the vegetarian dishes. Kona also offered seconds of any dish we wanted, which was such a generous touch.
The drinks were very good. They started off strong and did seem to get lighter as the night went on, which honestly may have been a thoughtful way to ensure everyone made it back to their home bases safely.
The traditional luau performance itself was excellent. The performers were engaging, welcoming, and educational, and we were truly grateful for the opportunity to learn while being entertained. This luau felt like a full cultural experience, not just a show.
Old Lahaina Luau exceeded every expectation and delivered an evening that was meaningful, memorable, and incredibly well done. If you are considering a luau in Maui, this one is absolutely worth it.

10000/10!!! this experience was so fun. everyone here was INCREDIBLY kind. we were immediately greeted with a lei and fruit juice (which was so good)! they shared with us Hawaiian games, woodworking crafts, handmade jewelry, and a photographer. we opted for traditional seating and had a front row seat. our server was very kind and knowledgeable. the food was great too!! highly recommend for anyone visiting Maui ☺️

First ever Luau and it was spectacular. Heard so many different things about the various Luau choices/options but the true authentic traditional Hawaiian Lūʻau was non other than Old Lāhainā Lūʻau. We very much enjoyed every bit of our meal, drinks, and entertainment. The staff was very friendly and polite throughout the evening. Get there a little early (we arrived at 4:35 PM) for parking. Others were already parked and it fills up quick. The doors opened at 5PM with everything beginning at 5:15 and ending around 8:15. Worth every penny.

This is probably the best lu’au in Maui. We had such an amazing experience. Everything was simply amazing. The food was wonderful including the vegetarian options. The vegetarian menu was very thoughtfully designed and (in my opinion) tasted better than the regular menu. The service was exceptional and really brought the experience to the next level. The dinner ended with a show with wonderful performances.

Is it expensive? Yes. My wife and I only thought of that going into that but once we left we realized you are getting so much for your money actually. We went here for part of our 23rd wedding anniversary and we are very glad we did.
Although the parking was a bit nutty, every single person we encountered was so very nice and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. The presentations were insightful as were the dances and also beautiful to watch. HUGE shoutout to our server for recommendations on food and taking the time to explain every food stage to us in detail. Even the bussers kept our glasses topped off without fail. What else could you ask for during a beautiful starry Maui night? We haven’t quit talking about our 10/10 luau experience since arriving back home. The night at OLL will be in our hearts and minds for a long time to come. Thank you.

We were whisked back to our seats with delicious drinks in hand. Staff were all super friendly. Location was great. The food was amazing. It was fun and interestig to learn about the culture from the crafts they were doing. The show was fun and the 3 hours flew by.

The luau was great. The food was fantastic and plentiful and the wait staff was attentive with the drinks. There were short bursts of dances during the main course followed by a longer grander presentation to close out the night.
