Right in the heart of Paris, a beautiful, ethnic restaurant full of culture and great dishes! A lovely place to go with friends or family and enjoy authentic Indo-Pakistani cuisine and ambience. Terrible food, please save your money and dont eat here. The food served here is by no means authentic indian food.
The potato filling in the samosa was just boiled, no spices added. When given feedback, the restaurant host got defensive and said french people don’t eat spicy food. Agreed, they may not eat spicy food, but that doesn’t mean you serve food with no flavor.
The lamb seekh kebab was decent, it was well spiced and kebab was moist.
The biryani was terrible, the spices were uncooked.
This restaurant relies on tourists visiting once and not returning, so quality of food is not their priority.

In general the food taste is good but all taste basically the same. Waitress tries to play smart in changing the order to match what they have rather than being straight. The chicken tikka is good and the lamb buryani also.

*If they ask to be seated downstairs don’t do it*
The place was ok and we were seated downstairs with no network and pretty dirty as well as they have food store here (see chairs with clothes hanging). I had to literally wait for 30 mins for appetizers and then another 30 mins for main course and they forgot to serve some items as well.
Food taste is average and staff is ok as well.

The food was amazing, service was fast and very friendly. I had the poulet punjabi and it was not too hot, but just right. It is served with rice and on loose plates, so if you are with friends, you can share and taste all different flavors. The only thing to note is that it is quite hard to locate as it is located in a narrow alley and because the street is not even the tables sometimes are not very stable. Also the drinks are quite expensive, so I would suggest ordering 1L of water to share with friends, but to be fair the drinks are expensive everywhere in Paris. They also have many vegetarian options which are not just salads, but actual tasty meals. There is also wifi available and the code is on the menu. The ice cream (at least the pistachio) is very flavorful and not too creamy as you may get it at other ice cream shops. Your bill is served with some candy (photo attached) and some business cards, which I also photographed. This is definitely a place I would recommend you go to as it is one of the hidden treasures of Paris.

I have to say it was a huge disappointment. The portion sizes were shockingly small for the price. You’ll find plenty of other Indian restaurants that either don’t charge as much or offer generous portions. Each main course dish consisted of just 3-4 spoonfuls, which is unacceptable.
To top it off, the so-called “biryani” was just rice cooked in curry. As an Indian, I can confidently say that this was not authentic biryani. Save your money and your appetite—there are far better options out there.

We found this restaurant by accident and it was the best decision we made. The waiters were really friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. We ordered the butter chicken and the chicken tikka masala. You could really taste the herbs and spices out of the sauce. The cheese naan bread was so good.
If you’re in Paris and you want to eat Indian food, don’t hesitate.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Mind you I speak French and English fluently.
I asked multiple times for hot sauce, even went up front to request it. Instead, the staff kept bringing me soup, insisted it was hot sauce, and laughed when I asked again.
I gave up, finished my meal. Which was disappointing—small portions and nowhere near authentic Indian flavors.
Of course I never got the hot sauce and was charged for the soups I never ordered.
I didn’t argue I paid and left, but the whole thing felt like a scam…
Whether it was incompetence or something more intentional, it’s unacceptable. I hesitate to call it racially motivated, but the way I was singled out and mocked makes it hard to ignore that possibility.
