The Old Homestead Tavern is a gem of a place. The outdoor games and seating make for a super fun and laid back time. Awesome bar staff and super yummy food. Also, my bill is always less than I expect which is a nice perk. This is a great place for locals and vacationers to the area. I come back every year with my family whenever we’re in the area.

First time here and will go back to try more food. The drink and food prices are reasonable. The burger was good but over cooked. The tater tots tasted great. It’s a smaller place with a few pool tables and looks like they do hot dogs and sides on occasion as it was setup for Tigers opening game. There’s a number of tv’s also.

Great hole in the wall bar right next to the airport. Large outdoor seating can accommodate a large group with tons of outdoor games. Inside is a typical local bar feel with bar-top or booth seating. Daily specials include Monday $18 two burgers, fries, and pitcher of beer!

This little tavern is not for the fain of heart, but if you are looking for a dive bar with good prices, this might be the place for you. The burgers were good and the prices were unbeatable. The staff and regulars don’t seem overly welcoming to strangers, but they seem very friendly with each other. When we walked in, I got the feeling that they thought we must be lost, but we heard they sourced their meat locally, so we wanted to check it out. The patio outside allows smoking, so if you aren’t into that, then watch out, but if you are, you might enjoy it. If you don’t mind slightly sketchy dives, I would say it’s worth a try.

Excellent tasting food! I got the grilled cheese & steak fries. Also tried a couple of their cheeseballs which were equally as tasty. I do wish it was a little brighter in terms of lighting but everyone is so nice. A definite must try!

Great time here with some friends. Had to change my pants because they don’t allow sweat pants here. They have a dance floor, pool tables, and some outdoor games in their outdoor patio space. Staff was friendly and quick though. Definitely a friendly crowd
