Great steak! Waitress was awesome. Potatoes were super hot and delicious. We drove from Florence, AL to try it out. Worth the drive.

Voted BEST steak in the Golden Triangle 8 years in a row for a reason!! The filet is the most tender, delicious steak I’ve ever had. Our table got 3 different cuts and everyone was happy. Be prepared that the options are limited-multiple steak cuts that all come with a salad, baked potato and toast. No other side/substitute options. No kids meals (ours had a baked potato with cheese). They are ok with you bringing outside food for your kids. Our server was very personable and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I drove down from Nashville for the Tennessee vs. MSU football game. Saw the crowd outside and then walked inside to see how long the wait was. They told me you have to wait in line. I almost left, but I’m glad I didn’t because this was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had!!! Absolutely perfect taste. Whitney was my server, and she was very nice. If I’m ever back in the area, this will be my first stop!

My daughter and I tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday at opening time. Plenty of tables due to the holiday season. I had ribete and my daughter had NY strip. Both were excellent and cooked just right. The baked potato was also cooked to fluffy perfection, but be forewarned that they put margarine on the pototo, which we dislike, so we brought our own butter and asked them to serve it plain. Salad was edible. Thrre is no atmosphere; it is a shed. Again, the steak was supurb. Go for the steak.

We were hungry and in town, so I googled – where is the best steakhouse in Columbus MS. This place was top-notch ranked. It doesn’t open until 4pm, we arrived at 4:39 and there was a line waiting to get in. We almost went somewhere else ( did i mention we were hungry?). However, we got in line and the people in front of us assured us it was worth the wait, and we wouldn’t wait too long. They were right on both accounts!! I will say, it is a whole in the wall ( but aren’t they generally the best places). We both had the large ribeye with baked potato and salad. Everything was wonderful!! Becky, our waitress was attentive, friendly, and working her but off. We left there full as a tick, and very happy. We will return even with a small wait!!

So, I drove from Pascagoula to Columbus to try these steaks. WORTH IT
Have you ever just looked at some food and knew it’s gonna be good.
❤️
The menu told me they knew what they were doing. The Steaks did not disappoint.
The Italian dress was different. It was thick and not very vinegary. I liked it

Great local spot with a straightforward menu. While they were out of some items, the available steaks —Sirloin, Filet, and Strips—were cooked to perfection (Medium-Rare) and tasted amazing. The menu is simple, so stick to the classics: Steak , Salad , Baked Potato , and Garlic Bread . No frills, just excellent food. We’ll definitely be back!

I ambled on down to this Columbus institution last night. As it happens, I got there just early enough to avoid having to wait outside – This place is popular, and for good reason! We both got us some hot, juicy, delicious T-bones cooked just right! This is one of those places that only has steaks, baked potatoes, salads, and drinks on the menu because…well, that’s all they need to offer – They specialize in steaks, steaks, and even steaks; they have been for a long time, and the experience shows!

Awesome Large Ribeye Steak cooked to perfection. I have not been here in 20 years. It all looks the same and a great place to come get a steak after work.
Trip two a month later after my first post. Brought my wife and daughter to get the best Steak in the state of Mississippi. Again, large Ribeye, my daughter tried the Fillet. All three steaks were cooked medium and were excellent. Friendly staff and service was great. You must come and get one today.
