Dropped in for dinner on a Monday. Love the atmosphere, especially in the basement. I had an old fashioned that was tasty. It had a perfectly clear large sphere cube. I had the steakhouse panini and my son had the chicken bacon elote panini. Both were delicious! Huge whiskey selection-I lost count after 90 bottles. I will definitely be back with my wife for a date night!

The Speak-easy themed downstairs bar is decorated with nostalgic pictures of gangsters from the 20’s. It’s a conversationalist bar, no loud music to talk over. They have a very nice selection of bourbons to choose from, as well as a select amount of gin and beer. The food is also very good. I love their pork chop dinner and my wife enjoys the chicken wrap. If you are not in the mood for a full meal , I suggest the toasted Rav’s.The Manager, Liz and the bartenders Seth and Danielle are always friendly. If you’re new to bourbon, they are knowledgeable and can help make a selection to suit your taste. If you are ever in Carlinville, do not hesitate to visit. Top choice.

Our go-to place in Carlinville. Creative cocktails and cool ambience in a prohibition era speakeasy. Great selection of bourbon and an ever-changing cocktail menu. The pumpkin pie martini and apple cider old fashioned are fun and delicious.

Wow just wow. Amazing staff, food, and the owner is pretty awesome too. We have only been 2 times now. We found out today, the speakeasy doesn’t open until night time. However, the top floor was very accommodating. Every time we come back to carlinville, we will eat here. So Amazing!!!!
