Started getting “feature of the week” pizza a few weeks ago and am blown away more every week! I am not one to order anything out of my comfort zone but the weekly specials have given me an opportunity to try something new every week. Last week was the “Honey, Goat & Bacon Pizza” which was Bacon, Goat Cheese, Braised Onions, Dates, Italian Cheese Blend, Honey Drizzle. I don’t even like dates! but it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had! The crust is even coated with cornmeal and crisped to perfection. The atmosphere is total chill vibe and I’m so excited to try to new feature this week!

Classy restaurant. Clean, modern interior with fine woodworking. There is a bar and approximately eight tables. The special when I visited was a seasoned ribeye sandwich with one side. I went with the special and chose baked beans as my side. The sandwich was tender with great flavor and quite lean for a ribeye. A lot of flavorful meat and minimal fat. The baked beans were not your garden variety. They were succulent with a thick sauce and spicy kick. I would venture they’re homemade. Great atmosphere and good food. I would definitely recommend Old Dog

The Italian chicken panini & Christmas cranberry margarita were delicious! Folks I was with also enjoyed their smoked burger, turkey panini, and cranberry punch (yum!)
The staff was friendly & the owners are kind & hand-working. They also have live music often.

We stopped at Old Dog to try their new pizza menu and man… it did not disappoint!! We shared the Old Dog BBQ and the Reuben! Fabulous! And grateful for leftovers 🙂

We had lunch at Old Dog before attending an event in their large meeting room. Three of us had sandwichs and the fourth had a salad. We all enjoyed our food: great taste and presentation. Service was also friendly and efficient. Oh, and the guys really enjoyed the beers. We plan to come back again for lunch later this Spring and to also try some of the cocktails on their menu.

Being someone who seeks out brewing companies for their beer and food when traveling, it was nice to see Old Dog open in Canton. I know they’re working on their own brews and likely figuring out food options but I was disappointed overall… with the hopes I just tried it too early. Mac and cheese was good. Beans as well. Panini was fine. Brisket sandwich was boring. And portion sizes were pathetic for the price. You have to figure out on your own that all orders are taken at the bar and not at your table. Staff was very friendly. For now, there are much better options close by but I hope the feedback helps them improve and succeed.

We have eaten here twice. The first time we were underwhelmed with food and prices… went back last week to see if anything has changed. Proportions are small for cost. My frontega chicken sandwich was very bland flavor and bread was toasted very hard. The nachos hardly had any cheese and were very little proportioned also. The service was great but overall very disappointing food. I don’t think we will go back.
