What a gem! From the live music to the food quality and server’s attention, this restaurant is a must visit for anyone in the area. I went with my husband, 2 teens, and mom. Everyone ordered something different and everyone was happy with their order. There was also plenty to bring home. So glad we chose this place for dinner!

Absolutely amazing experience! Food, service and ambience was phenomenal ✨ . Our server Daylin was so pleasant, attentive,and gave great food suggestions.The yucca and pumpkin were great sides in addition to the rice and beans which were super flavorful. The drinks were excellent as well, we had mojitos which were great.Will definitely return!

First time in here. The reviews seemed good so we drove over. The food was excellent. The boiled yuca was a little bland but still good everything else was great. Being a Cuban restaurant in southwest Florida you have to be on the A Game or you will not make it. They should do just fine here. The live music was nice as well. Not to loud so you could talk with others. Our server was good we had a small language issue but we all worked through it no trouble.

We (5 friends) brought our Cuban friend and she absolutely LOVED Old Cuban Restaurant! She said it was exactly like her mom’s cooking in Cuba. It was my first time eating Cuban food, and I thought it was absolutely fantastic! I literally can’t wait to go back! We all had the most delicious meals. (The guava mojito was top notch and so was the bartender and our waitress Lauren)

Huge menu with lots & lots of different options. There is something for everyone, including sandwiches and pastries. The food was amazing, especially for the portion,taste vs. Price point. The server was attentive. The flavors of the food were like a taste explosion. This place has a delightful ,chill atmosphere with a full bar. Highly recommend and again, you get so much for what you pay for in quality and quantity. Try this place it will be your new fave.

The place looks incredible. I wish the food was as good. Lacked flavor. Seemed as if my chicken had been fried before and just reheated when I ordered. ZERO flavor.The tops vieja was oddly sweet. That completely ruined it. The fried yucca was greasy and seemed old. The arroz moro had no flavor at all. I had to add salt and hot sauce just to try & make it edible. I will NEVER go there again. 3 times is enough.

Last night we dined at the new “ Old Cuban Restaurant and Bar”, in Cape Coral. Very nice atmosphere and we were there on Friday night and they had a 3 piece band playing and singing Cuban music that was fantastic They have a full bar and the cocktails were very good and reasonably priced. My husband had crispy pork with sides of sweet plantains and black beans. I had fish fillet muscle and squid in a spicy seafood cream sauce with black beans and crispy green plantains Our food was delicious. Service was great and the restaurant was spotless and very lively. I will definitely go back and recommend highly to my friends and family. Best Cuban food in the Cape

I came to this place twice, and both times have been highly disappointing. The first time I came for breakfast was on a Saturday morning, and the waitress at the bar told me that their coffee machine was broken, so I left. That same week, I came for dinner with our daughter and her family and sat at our table and waited over 20 minutes for our waitress to take our drink order; meanwhile, other servers were passing by our tables doing nothing and just talking with each other. We finally got our drinks and from there it got worse, our food was cold and bland, my Oxtail must have been reheated in the microwave because it was dry and tough. There are so many Cuban/Latin restaurants in this area that you would think management would step up before you start losing customers.
