Had the best experience here! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous inside. Me and my mom split everything, and we rated everything we had as 10s. The service was amazing as well, and although we didn’t drink, the drinks coming from the bar all looked delicious. The focaccia is a must try for sure!!! Definitely recommend this place! (It is definitely always packed but they did just open 3 weeks ago)

So excited about this new restaurant in New Braunfels! The inside is absolutely beautiful, the bar is gorgeous and the whole space has such a great atmosphere.
We started with the lemon drop martini, which was one of the best I’ve had. It had a delicious lemon-meringue style foam on top that made it extra special. The espresso martini was also perfectly made.
For food we had the focaccia with whipped ricotta, bolognese, steak frites, and salmon, everything was flavorful and cooked really well. We finished with the tiramisu and the miso salted caramel sundae, which were both amazing.
Overall, such a great experience with fantastic drinks, food, and ambiance. Definitely worth visiting!

Our server Sam was so attentive and made this for a wonderful experience. The place and atmosphere is beautiful, and the food is up to par. Recommend the beef short ribs and their pesto pasta, those were our favorites. Excited to become a regular on the weekdays for happy hour!

We had the pleasure of attending a private preview at Old City Hall, and it was such a wonderful experience. The space is beautiful! They did an incredible job repurposing and preserving elements of the original city hall, which adds so much character. The ambiance felt warm, classy, and inviting. The food was delicious, and the service staff was attentive, very positive and friendly. We’re excited to come back!

The vibes give Polo Lounge with an ode to Texas. The service was wonderful and quick, and everything tasted fresh and was very reasonably priced.
We had the Pig in a Blanket for an appetizer, which featured black garlic ketchup and honey Dijon mustard.
Then my husband got the beef short ribs with a mustard BBQ sauce that just fell off the bone.
I had the peppercorn filet with au poivre sauce and onion rings. I’m typically a ribeye girl, but this steak was so tender I swear I could’ve almost cut it with a butter knife.
We also shared the scalloped potatoes, which were perfectly creamy and delicious.
For dessert, we got the miso caramel and pretzel sundae. I was hesitant to order it at first, but oh my — it was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had.
If you go, you MUST try the house-made ice cream sundaes!

My new FAVORITE restaurant!!! I truly loved every bite and the ambiance is so romantic and cool!! I think this is the best restaurant in New Braunfels. From the appetizers to dessert, drinks and the vibes, everything was perfect! I’m definitely going back!!! Highly recommend for a date night!!

So excited to have a sexy restaurant in town! Staff is new but well trained! Atmosphere is incredible! The food from the Preview Party was so good. We had focaccia with whipped ricotta, bolognese, chicken schnitzel and steak frites! We will probably go back weekly!

We had the best experience here! We needed a last minute birthday reservation and they were so helpful accommodating our party of 8. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff were great and the food was amazing. Our waitress Victoria made the night so special. She really went above and beyond for us. We loved the tuna tartare and spicy vodka rigatoni. We will be back soon!

The restaurant just had its opening earlier in the week and admittedly I was a bit skeptical of all the reviews at this point being 5 stars.
They were absolutely correct. Everything we ordered set the bar for delicious! 100% a must try in New Braunfels!
