If I could I would put no stars for these specific reasons
1) The food we got and the food advertised were very very different. The chicken sandwich I ordered was listed as chicken, sauce, pickles and a bun. The pickles were missing on my sandwich, the chicken was partially burned and there was practically no sauce.
1) -part 2- The fries were no better or worse then some store bought frozen fries. No flavor, burnt and too much oil saturated into them.
2) The staff on hand this evening saw the job as more of a hangout spot than anything. There were 6 staff at one point at the bar talking, gossiping and laughing for 5-10 consecutive minutes.
3) Staff were eating while working, this itself sort of bothers me but I know everyone needs to eat. The problem I had was a male staff member eating and licking his fingers then going to service people after.
4) Our waitress didn’t come to our table more than 3 times from introducing herself to saying goodbye with our receipt.
This was our first time eating here and I was excited for the food but let down with the reality of product and service provided.

I feel like it has been a while since I have been here and I thought I would try it again after a movie. Unfortunately I had to send my bloody Mary back to the bartender because it definitely was not a bloody Mary switched over to beer. The food was good the proportions for the price that you pay need to be knocked down slightly or bump up the amount of food. The artichoke dip definitely is very good although the plate that they put it on was very shallow so not enough artichoke dip for everything.Overall I don’t know that I would be back now. It was just okay.

Pretty bad dine in experience. 10 minutes for server to even show up to the table, another 20+ for food to even arrive and on top of all of that the burgers were so completely drenched in grease you couldn’t even finish them. Look at the picture of my daughters fries… They were saturated too! And since when has pop gone up to over 3$ when they bring a cup that’s practically nothing buy ice?!

Really great deep dish pizza. Lots of beer on tap. Big screen TVs everywhere. We had a deep dish Italian grinder. It was really good. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Definitely recommend.

I came specifically for this salad , so yummy !
It’s the Chicago chopped salad. I must say I’ve had this salad many times at other locations of Old Chicago and by far this was the best presentation and best made ! Lots of avocado and the dressing was perfect , just the right amount ! I sat at the bar and service was great !

Old Chicago fell out of our normal rotation but we were pleasantly impressed with the great service, excellent pizza and cold beer. OC is back in our rotation

Nitro Shock beer is so refreshing and full of flavor.. the vegetarian pizza is fantastic however we tweaked it a bit. Mouthwatering!!! Don’t care to much for their appetizers or their parmesan cheese so maybe they could update that section & add regular grated Parmesan cheese. This is one of the best places to grab a pizza!!!

Ordered a pizza and some sides for takeout. The pizza was unignorably underwhelming and missing the spinach topping. The cheesy bread was 4 squished slices of Rotella’s with melted shredded cheese sparsely spread on top.
The kicker is that it took 1 1/2 hours from ordering to get our pizza.
