I always go to Old Chicago for lunch but today was by far the best experience and customer I ever had. My last experience made me not want to ever come back but due to my pregnancy cravings I returned. AND I HAD THE AMAZING PLEASURE OF HAVING TYLER AS A MY WAITER. His energy was pleasant he didn’t wear his day on his face, very friendly and made my experience one to remember. A the manager Ashley really just put the cherry on top I ordered the wrong sandwich and I was so scared to asked them to change it just based on experiences but again PREGNANCY CRAVING! I had to suck it up and ask and Ashley was so accommodating and and sweet she didn’t charge me for the mistake I made and she didn’t make me feel bad about it and i definitely will be returning with as great taste in my mouth not just for the food but the GREAT SERVICE THEY GAVE ME!!!!

Delightful pizza and burger joint. The pretzel was so good I forgot to take a picture before we started eating. The burgers were deep and delicious fries and onion rings were pretty run of the mill. The atmosphere and staff were friendly good times were had by all.

We had an amazing experience with the help of our server Kali … She was FANTASTIC… personality and all … very engaging … food was served Hot and Fresh and large portions.. Happy deals were plentiful… Kali , thanks again , and hope mgmt will give her the KUDOS she deserves from this review …

This occured on December 13, 2025. Ordered food to go online. A tall order of wings and was given a 15 minute wait time. Ended waiting about 40 minutes. When the food came out to me while I waited in the lobby. Not only was it cold, but there was like 7 maybe 8 tiny boneless wings in the takeout tray that I paid about 20 bucks for after tip. I went up to the hostess stand and asked the bearded gentleman there if that constitutes a tall order to which he responded yes. I can’t in good conscious recommend this place. Rip off of money, and bad service.

I’ve ended up eating hear a handful of times, almost always as a group following one of my kids sporting events. I’ve never had anything I would say was “good” but it’s not usually terrible. Tonight we ordered a large sausage pizza and it came out very over done to the point of being burnt. And when the server put it on our table I immediately commented as such. He just shrugged and said, yeah it looked that way to him to but they only have a couple guys in the kitchen so, you know… Yeah, I know this place could care less about what it serves clearly.

Ive ordered from this pizza place three times now. One in person. Two online ordered.
When in person I recall seeing a bunch of fruit flys and even swatting at them when eating.
My boyfriend had to flag someone down to get the drink he ordered when he asked for it and never got it.
They forgot my drink for both online orders, but this last time the person I had pick up the food called them out on the missing drink and I got my drink.
Then when I opened the box of pizza, a LIVE bug with a broken wing was crawling on the crust. The video i added is me opening the box the second time after seeing the bug.
Pizza taste is a 5 star which is why I’ve come back in hopes for change and better experience but my experiences have been a two or one star NOT based on the taste.

Great atmosphere. Very good attentative staff. Amazing food choices from chicken and burgers to pizza, alcohol, beer, and a plethora of appetizer options. Sometimes there’s a line and you have to wait but there are benches to sit. Or you can seat yourself in the bar area.

Nice salad and pie to-go. Tasted great! Love the toasted pepperoni— gives them a special sweetness.
Blue cheese dressing was good as well. Not sure if it was house made but it had that taste and texture; nice big chunks of blue cheese.
Not a full heavy Chicago pie but a cross between that and a fluffy crust Pizza Hut offering.
Quick and friendly service and a long wait for a “deep dish” style pie.

Ate lunch there Feb 3rd. Meat on my French dip extremely dry, chicken strips dry and hard all over cooked except bacon on my wife’s club wasn’t cooked enough. Daughter’s sandwich was the only one that was good. Bad food enough that my son-in-law was sick after and had to miss work today because of the food.
