They took very long with the food, so the waitress said that they would comp the burger. Was really happy to see that good service actually still existed. But then, when my girlfriend got the burger, it was burnt and as hard as a rock, so my girlfriend didn’t eat at all. Then, when I got the receipt, they didn’t keep to their word with comping the price of the burger and lied to me. I’d rather eat at McDonald’s or Wendy’s they’re right down the street and are way cheaper. I think the only reason I’d actually come back here is because of the flowers on the patio.

3+ years ago things were great. Then got new management, who axed the spinach artichoke dip (the real one, not the liquid soup that is a joke). Used to come here once a month, then 4 times per year, now once per year. Today was the day I gave it a shot, and they didn’t put tomato sauce on mine or my buddies pizza. Just bread, cheese, and toppings. It was still okay, but this makes no sense? Done with Old Chicago in Bozeman.

I only gave a 4-Star rating, because their website said they deliver, but they do not. That wasn’t a huge deal, because my hotel was just a few minutes away. The interior is beautiful. I ordered food for pickup. When I arrived to get my food, Kris said she had packed utensils, plates, napkins, and condiments I might need, since I mentioned I was at the hotel. She provided amazing service with a wonderfully helpful and friendly attitude. And the calzones… AMAZING!! I will DEFINITELY eat here again the next time I pass through Bozeman, MT!

Waitress was more interested in sitting and talking with other coworkers and had her back to us. Had to grab another waiter to get our appetizer before it got cold. The manager was helpful, but did not seem to have control of the staff. Food was ok. Standard burger. The pizza was on the wrong crust (my wife thinks it was a cauliflower crust). I assume it was entered wrong. The waitress soured our experience. We are from out of town, so they likely won’t get a second chance.

We love Old Chicago pizza! So much so we will order it “to go” then Door Dash it to our home. The other food we have had has been very good. Appetizers: mozzarella sticks, spinach artichoke dip, boneless buffalo chicken, and Buffalo chicken rolls are all delicious. The spinach artichoke dip is a family favorite. The calzones are excellent and a great substitute for the pizza. Service is generally good and the atmosphere is great if you like an almost “Cheers” sports bar like surrounding.

We were giving the Bozeman Old Chicago one more chance, now we’re done. My daughter ordered a salad that came out frozen with the wrong kind of chicken, the French fries never showed up and they never came back to ask us if we wanted anything else to drink. The manager was nice and comped the frozen salad and phantom fries, but I guess you only get one water refill. I hope you guys get your act together, your patio is beautiful and we really wanted the experience to match the beautiful evening – it did not. Very disappointing.
