This was our first visit to this place and let me tell you, it was the best experience we have had. Amelia, the representative who took our order to the chef Thomas and the manager Joe, all were very nice, welcoming and provided the best service. The food was not only fresh but it tasted delicious. The chef definitely knows his stuff and knows how to make the customers happy with their meals. We ordered four different things from the menu, and not single one of them disappointed us. The staff even took care of cleaning up the tables after us. This is the kind of experience one wishes to get at restaurant. Food is the ultimate happiness. And a good staff is just cherry on the top!

Loved the service, food, and flavor as usual. I couldn’t decide what to order today, so Kayla at the counter suggested wings and mashed potatoes. She’s awesome and always so friendly when we are here. The sauces and the wings are so insanely good. Crispy on the outside and seasoned perfectly. I can’t go anywhere else for barbecue!

Well the food was fantastic. Everything tasted great. However the manager on duty was very unprofessional and difficult to deal with. She got upset with our order and was visually upset with it.
I asked how many slabs could I get and she snapped back with “two.” She told us that they only cooked 9 slabs so we had a limit. We arrived around 3 so I assume no more could have been cooked.
The cashier was really nice and even suggested a better deal. Would I go back? Yes, but hopefully the manager will be more professional.

As a professional barbecue competitor, I am very picky about my barbecue, so I was skeptical…I had the chicken sandwich, it was delicious… The chicken was tender and moist. The barbecue sauce was not too overall spiced. It was very well-rounded. The French fries, however, were absolutely amazing. Whatever spices they put on those top-notch, so thank you. I will be back.

We had Old Carolina BBQ cater our wedding back in August and it was AMAZING!!! We had gotten quotes and had tastings from a few other local BBQ places and decided to go with Old Carolina because their food was amazing, their catering staff we met with was very well prepared and friendly, and the value for what they were offering was 2nd to none. We worked with Brooke and she was awesome! She answered all our questions throughout the planning process and was always following up with us. On the big day, their staff worked hard making sure things went flawlessly. We had the beef brisket, shredded pork, smoked chicken breasts, Mac and Cheese, mashed potatoes.. along with green beans, side salads, rolls, and corn bread. And everyone, and I mean EVERYONE at our reception was commenting on how delicious the food was, and I think Old Carolina gained some new customers going forward because everyone said they were going to start going there! We highly recommend Old Carolina if you are looking at catering BBQ for your special event.

I’ve been to numerous bbq places in many different states and this is your standard BBQ. Nothing too exhilarating, but not bland either. The service was fantastic, the food was good and the portions were average-above average for the price. Each one of the sauces tasted as if they added Ole Bay seasoning to them. The Mac and cheese was decent as well if you enjoy saucy Mac and cheese. My favorite was the Piedmont #5. Huge fan of the pickles they had out as well since most Texas based bbq restaurants have them to go with your meal.

The Copley store is great! They have really good food and service. Also Old Carolina’s chicken tenders are hard to beat. Cane’s is good, but these are better!

My honest review. Food was just okay at this particular location. I orders a platter that included ribs, pulled pork ,3 chicken wings pulled chicken, and brisket with 2 side dishes. First off…. the brisket was extremely dry the pulled pork was cold. The ribs were really good and the wings are outstanding i substituted the pulled chicken for 3 more wings but I originally wanted to substitute the pulled chicken for a leg quarter and i was even willing to pay any additional upcharge but they acted as if it was an issues to do this. The mac and cheese was really cold not warm at all and that baked beans was hot and warm. If I had to do it all over again I would probably just drive to the canton location never had an issue with that location.

Loved the chicken and brisket as it was very moist and tender .I didn’t care for the macaroni or baked beans but the cornbread and butter was delicious. The fries and hush puppies are good as well. Nice employees and very clean inside.

Ordered two plates of brisket with sides and an order of pulled pork with sides. The pulled pork was 90% hard, stringy bits of dried pork. The Mac n cheese had basically no cheese and mushy noodles. The coleslaw had almost no flavor and the brisket was dry. Yeah. Not going back again.
