I’m not quite sure about this place. I came here twice. Anything good in the first experience I had was completely destroyed when I came back a second time. We sat for at least 10 minutes before the server showed up. The first thing she said was sorry I was talking to a bar customer. Things just went downhill from there. I ordered an appetizer was missing sour cream and never even received it despite asking her for it after nachos came. At this point in time we’re 25 minutes into it and have not ordered our food. We just cut our losses paid for the nachos. Let the manager know what a wonderful server she had, NOT! I will probably come back at some point but it probably won’t be for a long time.

Came Sunday after church with wife and daughter. Greeted at the door by hostess and take straight to a booth. Waitress immediately came behind to take our drink orders. Shortly later our appetizer order was taken and then food orders. All the food came out very fast, tasty, and with a smile. Saw some reviews about rude staff but this couldn’t be farther than the truth from our experience. Also side note kids eat free on Sunday’s which we didn’t know until we got our check. All in all great experience will definitely be back!

Good food nice place to eat. Got the fish and onion rings and wife got the grilled chicken sandwich. Both were really good. Dessert was the carrot cake and the Limon cheesecake. Really good as well

Was very disappointed with this place the female manager is rude and very short when you try to voice a concern about your food. General manager Steve was awful over the phone was talking over me cutting me off basically stating he did not care about my concerns of how I got ripped off my food was terrible barley any fish barley any fries no lemons fish stick were so thin they looked like rally fries and I get treated less than over the phone about it so I tell ya what me and my family will never eat here again all the food we have ordered from here and all the times we have raved about your food I’m very disappointed and management staff should be ashamed of they self. Terrible customer service thought the new location would have been better being it closer to home but nope energy in there was terrible today this is what i got served. You think this was ok to send out the door to your customers ???

I recently celebrated a birthday here along with three family members. We all enjoyed the food, especially the shrimp & chips and seasonal meatloaf sandwich. Our server Arreill was terrific! I recommend the Old Bag of Nails on ProMedica Pkwy for the comfortable atmosphere, good food and great service.

First time here. There was no hostess, we were told she called off. Took half an hour to get sat since people who came after us jumped the line. Took 10 minutes for the server to even come get our drink order, we ordered two drafts from the bar that took another 10 minutes to get to the table. First appetizer came out real fast, second two took another 20 minutes. Food took over an hour, server did no check on us for refills. Forgot the side salad that was ordered and food was cold and looked like it had been sitting in the window for a while. Asked for new fries but they never came out. We watched other people get their food and leave before we got ours.

Had a fried shrimp po boy and it was delicious. Could tell it sat under a heat lamp for a bit because the side of ketchup had a slight crusty film on top of it. Fries were a little soggy. Service wasn’t the best. Slow on refills had to get our own extra silverware.

The Philly was good, fries were cold and hard! I Let another staff member know that asked us how everything came out (she also sat us) & also let my server know asap (when we did see her again) and never got them remade like they said! Also was told they were out of mashed potatoes then told they were coming after we were asked by the one that sat us if we wanted Apple sauce for them instead. Server wasn’t very attentive or friendly, despite the restaurant being pretty empty. Super disappointed for our first visit! servers name was Arreill H.

This was me and my husband’s first visit. We walked in and was seated by Kayla she wasn’t pleasant at all,we asked to be seated at a booth she escorted us, she slammed our cup and menus on the table her appearance is definitely awful she look so dirty and dusty all the tattoos and piercings,her hair look very greasy and not combed it should be pulled back at all times that is disgusting she should be put in the back! Our server Ariel was amazing very attentive and very nice she definitely deserves an incentive!
