I ordered a chocolate malt. And the elderly lady behind the counter was bitching because I ordered a single chocolate malt stating that she was gonna take it off the menu. She ran some kid in the back to make one and he didn’t even know how to make a chocolate malt he needed a step-by-step. On how to make an item that is on the menu.
For me if I’m paying six dollars for a chocolate malt and there’s no malt inside first of all, that’s already pricey for a chocolate malt let alone a half assed drink
, the elderly lady behind the counter who I assume was the owner I could’ve simply said hey look we don’t have anybody who knows how to make it rather than complain about someone ordering something that’s literally on the menu.
It was overall just a really bad experience really bad customer service. I ordered a subpar chocolate shake, which really was completely overpriced to given the fact that it wasn’t even done correctly.
There was no malt inside, so ultimately, I ordered a chunky chocolate shake, which ultimately McDonald’s could do better sadly a
simple hey we’re not serving chocolate milk would’ve been much more sufficient than trying to have someone from the back who doesn’t even know what to do make something that the owner is stating she’s gonna take off the menu!
One of the things I love most is a really good chocolate mall even a subpar chocolate malt! I could’ve gone to Freddy’s or Culver’s and paid three dollars for a chocolate mall and had it done right and no one would be behind the counter bitching about it so to the owner of the café do better!
Because you never know who’s watching you and you never know the position that they’re in and you never know who they know!

Great food and very affordable prices! Eggs Benedict was best I’ve had and the drumstick torte was amazing! Waitress, Kathy, came to us with a smile on her face and was very friendly and attentive to us! Definitely will come back again when in the area! Keep up the good work, Owners and Staff!
