I stopped by Olba (@olba.me on Instagram) in Brookline and was impressed by how flavorful everything was. The hummus was my favorite, easily a 9/10, creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned (get it with the shwarma). The muhammara pita cup had great flavor (id recommend getting their party pita cups if you cater with them!) and the Fajita Lebanese sandwich was juicy and packed with garlic flavor.
The spicy potatoes were a bit oily but still totally addictive, a solid 7/10. The kibbeh was golden and crisp on the outside with a savory filling that hit the spot. It’s definitely more of a takeout or catering spot than a sit-down restaurant, but everything tasted fresh and homemade, the kind of food that makes you want to go back for more.

Can’t express how happy I am to have this Lebanese restaurant in Brookline! It felt like a piece of home away from home. The food was fantastic and one of the only (if not THE ONLY) place in Boston where you can find a Lebanese burger or Fatteh. They’re introducing people here to the diversity of Lebanese cuisine and not just shawarma (even though theirs is DIVINE! It was so juicy I wanted to cry ). Can’t wait to become a loyal customer here and try everything they have on the menu and I can’t recommend it enough.

Adorable little cafe on Beacon street. Clean, friendly, pretty and the food looks great! I had a fresh minted lemonade that tasted like a little piece of Beirut. I look forward to trying their shawarma! Fills a void where Shawarma King used to be.

We visited olba for the first time today with a group of 6 based off of recommendations in the area with good reviews. It very much lived up to expectations, all of the food was delicious and flavorful. It was cozy and beautifully decorated inside. We called ahead and they were welcoming and kind enough to reserve the only table area for our group. Most of the seating was a bar set up. We shared spicy potatoes hummus and baba ghanoush. I had the Francisco sandwich and my husband had the chicken shawarma. I did not think to take any pictures to share, but would highly recommend this restaurant. We loved it so much we got seconds to go!

The new Olba restaurant is a phenomenal addition to the coolidge corner area. It offers a variety of Mediterranean food, and Mediterranean inspired food. The Philly Lebanese was a delicious interpretation of the games hoagie. The Muhammara is the best dip I have ever had.
The service was great and attentive. They offer good suggestions if asked and quick turnarounds.
Overall this is a must in Coolidge Corner!

Delicious food and friendly service. Shawarma is super flavorful thanks to fresh, high quality ingredients (garlic sauce is amazing and the spicy sauce is ) and I could eat the muhammara Beiruti with a spoon. Then finish it off with the house made Lebanese sweets. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Small place inside, only a few chairs to sit, it’s mostly for takeout. They serve the food in to go containers even if you eat there. Food is pretty good. Limited vegetarian options.

I have gone to olba a few times and each experience is incredible! Everyone that works there is very nice and friendly! They are very communicative about the food and how long it will take! Food comes out quickly and taste amazing! My favorite is the shish taouk but I’ve also enjoyed other dishes such as the shawarma, philly lebanese sandwich, and more!

Very excited this restaurant is in Brookline. I went in a few weeks ago and ordered chicken shawarma but they were nearly out, not enough for a meal so the gentleman recommended something comparable. While I waited for my order, he made me a complimentary mini wrap with what was left of the shawarma. He also taught us a little bit about Lebanese food and their garlic sauce (delicious). I definitely recommend.

This newly opened Lebanese restaurant is a must try. The place is more of a snack with a few seating options for people who want to dine in. The owner and the people who work there are so nice and friendly. Everything we had was great. My favorites are the mouhamara and taouk sandwich. Would definitely be back.
