The food was excellent but very pricey for barbecue in this part of the world. Was disappointed to learn they had removed the half chicken from the menu. Ribs were delicious and falling off the bone. Macaroni and cheese, Cole slaw and potato salad were very good. Sauce was good but nothing special.

Good food, nice folks. They have a peppery rub on the ribs that is magic. Beans were excellent (sweet but really good).
Standard tater salad, slaw was a little dry and the cream corn was different.
But I LOVED the ribs. No sauce needed.

Conway- I’ve been wanting to try Ol’ Bart in Conway out for a while now. Wow! They didn’t let me down! First thing I noticed was the smoky aroma as I entered and the food tasted as good as it smelled. The servings were more generous yhan any bbq ive been to in a long time! The ribs were excellent as well as the sauces. The mild sauce was great but I have to say the Sweet & Spicy was my favorite. If you haven’t tried this place out I would totally recommend it. They say the crawfish boil on Friday nights is really popular too!

Best smoked chicken over smoked macaroni and cheese you will ever eat. This guy has a nice atmosphere and they are always super friendly when we dine in.

For the Carnivore, they sell meat by weight. I got hot sausage, pulled pork, chopped chicken and brisket. Best that i have had in a while. I would like to have this place close to where I live. Would stop here again if in the area during chow time. Only bad thing, like other BBQ joints, they only have small cups for drinks.

This is an update from 2/12/26:
They failed to include the banana pudding. The order was supposed to contain spicy BBQ sauce but it had regular. For some reason for 1 lb of pulled pork they included 6 BBQ sauce cups. However, the add-ons were extremely small proportions and made no sense compared to the amount of meat. I figured when you add on sour cream, cheddar, jalapenos, hot cheetos, pico de gallo, etc.. it would be proportionate to the amount of meat.. like when you order one of their pre-made things with that stuff on it. It’s not at all proportionate. They also failed to include the pico de gallo.

They served me chopped/broken apart brisket became, “I couldn’t get a whole slice; it keeps breaking apart.” The problem really was that the brisket was over cooked. My ribs was pulled off the rake opposed to cutting the ribs off the rake… because she was unsure of her slicing skills. The coleslaw was horrible…. The baked beans were above average as well as the Mac and cheese.

The brisket was a 3/10 and looked and tasted like it was made 3 or 4 days ago and was in a puddle of grease and shredded like it was made in a crock pot
The Mac and cheese was a 4/10 very dry and over cooked pasta
The beans were a 9/10 very good perfect amount of sweetness and they added sausage and pork in it which made it better
Overall this place was not good and all of the food looked a couple days old and was definitely not fresh. There’s definitely better bbq elsewhere. Do not recommend

The brisket is so good! I also bought some salt they had for sale. I also enjoyed my Mac n cheese and potatoes. My friend loved her loaded BBQ potato with hot Cheetos!

Meats were dry and cold. So were the potatoes. Everything had a bad Smokey taste to it not the good kind. Hot mess really was a hot mess. Wasn’t worth the $50 meal
