Delicious vegetarian ramen (not mushroom based, for once).

Quick and considerate service.

Photo after I had already been enjoying! This will be a hit and repeat for us!

Classic, perfect ramen. Great portions, friendly staff, and delicious appetizers. Can’t beat their gyoza in Lakeland. Highly suggest getting any of their ramen spiced, which just adds another layer to their great broths.

As someone who frequently eats at the Joinery, Oksumi easily beats out other local ramen in good balanced flavor. No gimmicks or crazy options, but everything is made perfectly.

Also, unless you’re absolutely starving, most bowls are enough for two meals!

My son and I had dinner there last week. It Was my first time having Ramen and eating with chop sticks. There food was great and decently priced. The atmosphere and the staff was nice, friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend people go try it and will definitely be going back there in the future.

Delicious! Just what we needed on this chilly night, fluffy Takoyaki and tasty, flavorful spicy ramen. We love how for takeout orders, the broth and toppings are in separate containers, that way you get to put it all together at home and get that “ fresh just out of the kitchen” taste. Will stop by again and again

Best noodles in South Lakeland. Always a great experience and great food. Like getting a warm hug on a rainy overcast day.

Scam Likely
Ramen is disgusting they add a ton of ingredients to overcharge for some dishwater in plastic noodles. Have roughly 5 different bowl options & that’s it. Way better places to go to with more options for a better price. I’d be shocked if this place stays open another year. Disgusting & regret going.

Edit: wife hasn’t stopped throwing up since we left probably food poisoning. I’d warn anyone I can not to eat here you’ll be sorry.

Don’t get the ramen if you’re used to authentic ramen. I couldn’t eat it. My husband’s was okay. They also charge 1.50/half egg- not a whole and don’t specify that. (I hate when ramen shops do that).

If you’re not used to authentic ramen, I’m sure it’s great . If you are, you’ll be sorely disappointed. It tastes like a chicken bouillon cube with added salt.

Service was good.

When I say this is the BEST ramen in Lakeland, I mean it.
The vibes? Perfect.
The service? Immaculate.
The food? Crafted with real skill and integrity — worth every dollar.
If you haven’t eaten here yet, you’re missing out.

To me, this is the best ramen spot in all of South Lakeland. Everything is prepared right in front of you—always incredibly fresh. Ever since I moved from Miami, bringing with me the taste and expectations of that city, I’ve never stopped coming here. I always enjoy a glass of wine with my meal, and it never disappoints.

Thank you so much for existing—I truly love your food. I’ll continue to visit two or three times a month. Much appreciation.
