This place is amazing. I just wish the sandwiches weren’t all $20. They’re worth it, but it’s a treat yourself thing. The sisig bolilo was hard to finish for 2 people, because they’re was just so much in it! Amazing cut of fatty meat chopped up with 2(i think) juicy eggs. Their veg sandwich is also amazing. A true testament to a good sandwich doesn’t need meat

Pork banh mi was out of balance. It’s pricey at $18 but there is a lot of pork. Unfortunately, it was dry and there weren’t enough pickled veg to balance it out.

Ebi (shrimp) katsu sando was solid. Good texture, great bun and definitely needed the wedge of lemon to add some acidity to each bite.

Ramen fries were okay – good texture, but just a bit too salty. Needs a better dipping sauce other than ketchep. Kewpie/sriracha would be a good move

Loud reggaeton music is a good vibe if you like it. If not, you may find it a bit too loud if you’re trying to have a conversation at the single table inside. The Sonos speaker is literally right above the table.

Outside seating is limited. Recommend ordering ahead – they are BUSY during lunch rush and they run out of specials quickly.

FOH: The Cashier Lily treated me and the other guests exceptional well when I saw the team. Projected times to go was 15 minutes, was ready in 8 minutes. We discussed the menu briefly for I placed my order, she was exceptional knowledgeable.

BOH: The kitchen team was calm and in flow busting their asses. Props to them for killing it. Very quit, professional, and calling order out with grace and calm.

Food was delicious, cooked on point for what it was. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a delicious bite in Temescal. Will be returning myself to try that Sisig Sando

for a takeout spot it doesn’t get better. fast service, consistent menu, and asian flavors. the ebi sando could’ve been more firm, tasted a bit too much starch, but i like how it wasn’t overly saucy and there was a good amount of veg. chicken bites were hot and spicy, definitely worth as a side. i’d pass on the fries next time, were fine but nothing special flavor wise. friends pork banh mi was also good, the bread was more soft than toasty.

Hear me out, i really wanted to like this place. But, oh boy, was it lacking flavor. I hope they improve with time. We got the kombini egg sandwich, turkey breast sandwich and banh mi. The kombini egg sando was very much okay, but by far is the only sando we ended up finishing. The turkey breast sandwich had no stand-out flavor, it would really help if the bread was toasted and there was some kind of sauce in it and more body other than chopped green veggies. The banh mi was missing the sweetness from pickled veggies and the pork could use more flavor (like lemongrass or some other sauce). Overall, just very mid experience. Pretty disappointing for the price.

Best sandwiches in The Town, hands down. You should try everything. The menu changes weekly, so ask what’s new. I had the beef tongue. I’m used to having it in tacos de lengua, though this version was more tender and bright with flavor. We also ordered the Szechuan chicken sandwich. It packed massive flavor with the right amount of spice. Looking forward to trying more. Wish they had a seating area, but something tells me they will be expanding.

Really Delicious Sandos. So far I’ve only ordered online. You’re spending a crispy Jackson on a sando that’s not that big. But they are made by a crew that knows what they’re doing. I was impressed with the setup and it reminded me of The Bear show. Organized and assembled to get the orders done right. Every time I grab my sandwich people look at me like I’m stealing my own order which I find funny. Worth a try? Definitely. Can you eat them every day? Nah. That price builds up and you might as well get some Nvidia stocks. 🙂

My new favorite place for casual lunch.

Best damn sandwich I’ve ever had.

Perfectly curated set of super flavorful chips sourced from around the world.

Just a few seats inside and a few outside, best to plan to grab and go.

Staff was all super friendly and really well trained/damn good at what they do.

Yummiest sandos with really thoughtful execution and quality ingredients. A little pricey but you get a big beautiful cross section every time. I used to live down the street and eat meat, now I live a little farther away and eat plant-based, BUT the vegetarian sandwiches are just as good as the omnivore options and I appreciate them looking out for us. Sides are great, good drink selection and fun salty umami chips & snacks. The people who work there seem happy and are very nice as well.
