The experience here was a pretty hit or miss. The food left a lot to be desired. Most of it tasted low quality, and the only thing I’d go back for is the custom pizzas. They’re warm, you can choose the crust, and they’re easily the best option on the menu. (I was too scared to try the hotdogs)
The staff seemed worn out and unenthusiastic, almost like they’d rather be anywhere else. It showed a bit in the operations too. Some attractions run on set schedules, but the employee running laser tag arrived about five minutes late, which threw things off.
There were still some positives. I was with a large group, and when we started running out of money, the staff actually let us enjoy a few things like the go-karts without charging us extra. That gesture honestly turned the experience around.
Overall, you can have a good time here, you just need to know what to expect and navigate around the rough edges. The place has potential, but it could use better food quality and more energized staff.

This place is really big. There is lots to do. My kids and I came for a birthday party. This place is really clean. They have a busy welcoming staff. They are really on top of party messes and take care of everything quickly. There are tons of games lots of rides. There is a place for toddlers to play. There is mini golf bumper cars bowling. Definitely a place to have fun

It was phenomenal i’ve been to many buffets in my life but i’ve seen or been to a buffet like incredible pizza the closest was chucky cheese and they can’t even compare to the size of this place and the games plus attractions and more i will definitely be returning here to get some more enjoyment and the tasty buffet thank you incredible pizza for the phenomenal atmosphere and the hostesses everyone was so polite and helpful this is a place to visit and get your grub on don’t pass incredible pizza up

We used to love this place, we came here all the time with our firstborn. We have a new kid and came very excited. It is not run. The way it used to. The food is terrible, only a couple of the rides operate at a time, which caused us to miss out on getting to ride everything. It’s not the fun experience it used to be, I hope they change it sometime, otherwise I will not be back. Also, unlimited gameplay or attraction play is not accurate because the rides only run for a few minutes. Every time I saw a ride running I would rush over there and by the time I got there they would tell me it would be open again in 45 minutes. Really a big letdown. We came here about twice a month with our first kid, most visits cost about 150-300… That’s definitely some money. Incredible Pizza is losing. We’re also not doing birthday parties here or anything. Main event is a million times better, and the food is good.

The food was definitely okay, however I did show up between dinner and lunch!
We also had rented a room so things were a little chaotic with some kids but 17 or so of us showed up and we had a great time!
Some of the games are priced pretty steep but maybe thats the cost of operations.
I enjoy recommending incredible pizza to anyone with children, nieces or nephews.
The experience over all is pretty great and I would definitely recommend it at least a couple times.

I had a fantastic experience at Incredible Pizza! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Sky, the team member working at Laser Tag, was especially friendly and helpful. She made the experience fun and made sure we had everything we needed.
The staff at the Top Prizes counter were amazing as well—patient, upbeat, and great at helping us choose the perfect prizes. The buffet team also did an excellent job. The food area was clean, well-stocked, and everyone there was incredibly welcoming.
Overall, every employee we interacted with at each attraction today was kind, friendly, and very professional. It truly made our visit enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We came for a family day before thanksgiving. It was super clean. The food was fine- and fresh- and not busy at all. The kids had a super fun time.

The lady that helped me was friendly. So it was a good first impression but the food was just bland, even the chocolate cookie I was excited to try was dry. This place is big and it has a lot of fun games but they are high so you don’t get much for your money. They don’t have enough employees so all of the attractions aren’t open at once. You either have to wait for the ride you want or take what you can get. while we enjoyed it, I don’t think it is worth the money.

Our booking experience at Incredible Pizza was smooth. Great staff, an amazing party host, and a nice party room. However, the food was very disappointing. The hot dogs looked unappetizing with an unusual orange color, and the ice cream machine was coming out super watery. Many rides were closed during our visit, which was frustrating. While a snowstorm began about an hour after our arrival, cutting our time short, the indoor rides should still have been available for our booked party. This place has so much potential, and I genuinely think improving the food would make a huge difference. The buffet is not worth the price at all.
