Very nice staff. Never had to ask for more water or tea. They made our granddaughter feel special by bringing training chopsticks and the Sushi chefs placed a real flower blossom decoration with her meal.
The food is quick and very tasty, with good portion sizes. Resonable prices too. We had Sushi rolls but there’s also Udons and combination plates with teriyaki meats and more variety.
There is also a “special” limited lunchtime menu with reduced pricing for a variety of Sushi rolls.
I would recommend Okini Sushi for lunch, dinner or a nice meal for a date.

We are diehard fans of Okini Sushi, since they were located on Pleasant Hill Rd. We always get a Chicken Katsu or Teriyaki Dinner Bento & a roll, or a bowl is Chicken Udon soup. I don’t think there’s any ‘bad’ order here – I also love their hot green tea (flavored with toasted rice).
Service is exceptional; this is one of the local places I’d love to see around for decades.

This place is awesome. I went early, around 11:30am, so it was pretty quiet…but…. The service was good and the food was AMAZING. Low carb roll was great, sake was great and honestly, i can’t wait to come back and try more of their dishes

This restaurant was awful, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be ready and I work delivery so time is very precious for people like us, in these 30+ minutes of waiting I asked multiple times how long the wait would be and the lady working was nothing but rude. She yelled at me to just wait and she would let me know when it was ready while giving me no insight on the wait time. Restaurant was a mess and everyone’s order was extremely behind. Rude, racist and disrespectful. No regards for our time and respect. I asked for her name and they told me it was chow or something similar.

Okini Sushi is my sister’s favorite place, she often goes there for lunch, and during a recent visit my husband and I took her there for dinner, twice! The wait staff always recognized her and greeted her warmly, the food was delicious enough to go back for more, and the atmosphere was perfect for this neighborhood restaurant. We drove there twice even though it’s a good 40 minutes from my sister’s house so you know it has to be good!
