Great example of a “hole in the wall” eatery. You’d miss this place if you didn’t know it was there. Tucked in a run-down retail strip and behind some old construction equipment, it doesn’t look like somewhere to expect good food. We went on a Saturday night and had no wait. The place is open and holiday decorated. Service was good but not great. The food though – delicious! Huge menu, fresh sushi and HUGE portions. Will return and recommended!

Hidden gem in Aiken. Friendly servers; good atmosphere. They don’t cook in front of you, but the food is great. I recommend the Bento Boxes and Hibachi dinners. They will have a sushi bar and be able to serve alcohol in the near future.

It may not look like much on the outside, but dang this place is great! I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place. I absolutely love hibachi. The service was absolutely wonderful, the atmosphere great and the food….WOW! The prices are very reasonable. I told my husband this might have to be a regular stop for us. I really think you should check them out. Our server Frank (Francisco) was amazing. We got our food quickly and hot from the kitchen! I highly suggest!

Friendly and fast service, excellent quality sushi and hibachi, especially for the price point. A hidden gem

Atmosphere was great and clean. Server was slow and disappeared a lot.. the food was subpar… appetizers we had were bland.. calamari was tough and tasteless. However the main dishes were great…. If you go enjoy the main courses… overall I would go back but it wouldn’t be my first choice on the list

I have been waiting for a place this for years. anxious to try it, my wife and I set out. you really have to look for it. I passed it 3 times before spotting it. stepping out of the parking lot and into the restaurant is almost like Dorothy stepping into OZ. The inside is nice quiet and comfortable. the servers are friendly, helpful, and attentive without being pesky.
the food is the reason for going out to eat and this place has that nailed. I ordered the filet minion hibachi. that was the tenderest steak I can remember. The veggies were cooked perfectly, not soggy or raw. The sauce was also very good, tasty but not salty.
Portions are generous and prices are reasonable.
I know I’ll be back and so should you

The food here was really tasty, and the staff were really nice, but I think a lot of details got missed. Ex-the salad came without dressing, they don’t give you a dish for soy sauce, small stuff like that. Overall a good experience though.

Had lunch at Okinawa this week & was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh & well-made & served promptly with a lovely (photo inviting) presentation. The service was excellent, the place was clean & cheerfully decorated. Unfortunately for them there was only one other group of 6 people while we there, so if you’re looking to avoid crowds & don’t mind a somewhat lack of ambiance this may be the place for you. It is located in a huge warehouse-sized building in a dumpy little off-the-road group of storefronts on eastern Richland Avenue (very near the new Steeplechase Stadium & conveniently close to my house). It is VERY easy to miss & drive by. It was last the home to a Mexican buffet.
We had a couple of rolls & one of the raw bowls – all very fresh-tasting & well-made. Unfortunately they don’t yet (as of Sept 2024) have a liquor license or a real sushi bar so it is more a Japanese hibachi restaurant (without tableside cooking) than a sushi restaurant as they only have a few sushi rolls to choose from. I really do hope that changes but even lacking these two essentials it is still a very good restaurant & I hope it is able to survive in it’s less-than-stellar location. The fact they are open on Sundays is also a HUGE plus!

So SO good!! Last minute lunch decision to come by here when our other restaurant choices were closed. So glad they were because this place is delicious and we probably wouldn’t have tried this place otherwise only because we didn’t know it was here. We ordered the crab quesadillas- AHHH we both loved them!! The hibachi steak and teriyaki chicken with fried rice was very very good! Waitress was pleasant, patient and kind. Food came out quickly and all was delicious. Highly recommend this place!

We had appetizers for lunch, rock shrimp tempura, tempura asparagus, gyoza with dipping sauce, chicken yakatori, spring rolls, and hibachi rice. Service was friendly and efficient. Food took a bit, but we were happy with our choices. Will definitely be back.
