We’ve been excited to have a meal here and we’re not disappointed! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were happy to provide recommendations based on our preferences and were always so happy to help! The food was sooooo delicious!! I’m typically not a fan of French fries but theirs are so crispy and light and the garlic dipping sauce was amazing! We got the braised ribs and they are full of flavor!! The ramen was just as we anticipated and we left so full and happy from the amazing food experience. We’ll definitely be back!!

This was our first time coming to Okiboru and our last. The food was mediocre at best the tonkostu broth lacked flavor came with minimal toppings and the ala carte topping menu didn’t have much to add. I did add an additional side of soy marinaded egg which was 1 whole uncut egg served cold for a whopping $4. Even my boyfriend who got the spicy tonkotsu said even though it was spicy it still wasn’t flavorful. The chashu was the only thing we agreed was good about the ramen. What really made this experience irredeemable was the staff. Throughout our meal we had 3 separate servers come up to us asking if we were done and could they take our bowls despite still having half full bowls with meat still on them in plain sight. Any time we would start to have conversation they would come up and ask us if we were finished and we felt very pressured to eat our meals fast so we could get out of there. They weren’t overtly rude it was just excessive to the point it became rude and interruptive. It’s not like it was a busy night or they were about to close this was 5:30pm on a rainy Sunday and we were one of 3 tables there was absolutely no need to rush us. Even after we paid and we stood up to leave I went to pick up my ramune to take the final sip and there was 2 waitstaff members at my heels waiting for me to leave the table so I just grabbed the bottle and took my last sip by the door since they felt the urge to clean that bad. When I got home I checked my phone because I have an app that tracks all my movements to see how long we were actually there and all in all including parking and leaving we were at the location for 48 minutes. There was no excuse to rush us out of our table like that and ruin our experience. We weren’t loud we ordered quickly and I tipped 20% though I’m regretting it now. The overall experience would’ve been fine had we not been so rushed to leave for no reason. Teach your staff that clearing a table is not priority, guest experience is.

Came in and immediately the vibe was warm, cozy, and comfortable. It was very spacious and welcoming. I ordered the fries, brussels, and both vegan options (normal and spicy) and it was all not only flavorful but incredible! Our waitress (Christine/Christina im so sorry I cant remember!) She was amazing and the whole experience was as well. The wall art was also fantastic and felt like you were home. I absolutely reccomend anyone to come here!!!

Good food, good service! Agree that nori fries is a must get. Ramen broth is very creamy. Yuzu in the tsukemen was on the lighter side. The pickles pair really good with the dishes

Hands down the best spicy tonkatsu ramen I’ve ever had. This is a dish I’ve eaten in 200+ restaurants and this is by far the best of my life. The pork was so insanely good I almost cried. The egg was perfect. I have nothing bad to say about it. I nearly ordered it again and did it all over in the same sitting.

Pretty great ramen. The Spicy Toripaitan was great, and I have to recommend their fries! Also tried the brussel sprouts and enjoyed them too. Their noodles are very thin and while I’d prefer thicker noodles, it was still very, very good. Would recommend! Will probably come back.

Can’t complain. Always the BEST ramen bowls among all of these ramen places. The staffs are nice and helpful. We’ve been loyal customers since they opened. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 🙂

My friends and I visited on a Saturday night, and it was relatively busy. I’m not a big fan of the interior, the walls felt a bit tacky, and the short seat backs made the space look somewhat awkward.
The service, however, was good! We ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and the Tori Paitan, but honestly, there wasn’t much difference between the two. The broth tasted almost identical, and the only real variation was the type of meat. Both were also way too salty for my taste (my friends agreed as well).
The fries were just okay, but the one thing that really stood out was the Ebi Karaage, it was very unique and paired well with the sauce and pickled cucumber.
